Tour covered only 6 blocks. There was no voice so you had to read both directions and information off your phone. The 14 stops were more fore pictures and there was was no map so if you wanted to skip a stop it was difficult.you start at a he carousel and the next 4 stops are within 500 feet. Pay for a guided tour.

Bad technology made trip impossible.
The program nver knew where we were. We had to ask other tourists and vendors. We gave up on this after two stops.
It spoiled a nice day.

Entertaining, a few hidden gems, but smaller in scope than expected. Missed key points. QA aspect was interesting, but isn’t always work.

There are no guided tours of Cincinatti so we did this one and it was ok. However, it cost much more than other self-guided tours and it didn't have audio. The information about the stops were pretty sparse, presumably because it would have taken too long to read.
We went inside the Dixie Terminal to take a look and the man at the desk gave us handouts about the history of the building and of the Roebling bridge, which were well worth getting and had way more detail than the tour.

We did not expect a scavenger hunt and spent more time searching for clues instead of enjoying the walk and stops. And a couple question could not be answered.
Also, the idea of a smartphone-led walk sounds good until you are paying more attention to your phone than you surroundings while walking down a busy sidewalk in a crowd.

Scott, we're very sorry you didn't have a stellar experience in Cincinnati. Because we know that tour-goers have varying levels of familiarity with the city, the questions aren't mandatory to continue on your tour and we try to include hints such as "it's more than 8 and less than 10."
