I really enjoyed the tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Things people should know about the experience is that it is mostly walking and quite a few steep and narrow stairways. For the people have trouble walking or are needing special accommodations, should be cautious. Not a tour for much wheelchair accessibility.

Thanks so much for taking a tour with us and I'm so glad to see you had a great time! Yes, this tour does involve some steep steps to enter the underground lagering cellar and we definitely want potential guests to be aware, so thank you for mentioning it in your review!

Good informative tour, Mike did a good job telling us about the history, the beer cellar was soo cool. Also I had a flat tire on the way down and they were very accommodating with last minute switching to a later time although in the end we made it!
Response from Host, Apr 2025
Hi Jessica, so glad to see you had a great time with Mike on your tour! I'm happy you were able to make it on time, despite the flat tire. Hopefully we'll see you again soon on one of the other great experiences we offer!

There is no parking. I looked for over 20 minutes and was unable to attend the tour. Very dissatisfied with lack of communication in that specific detail.
Response from Host, Mar 2025
Hi Bridget, I'm sorry to see you were unable to find parking and were not able to attend the tour. There was an FC Cincy soccer match happening in the neighborhood around the same time as your tour, which made parking difficult. However, we were aware of this issue and sent out a communication to all tour guests before the tour, letting everyone know about this issue, so they could plan accordingly. I just looked on your account and it appears that you received this communication, along with the other guests who were able to attend.
Giving us a 1 star review for the tour seems a bit unfair, since we informed guests about the potential parking issue in advance in order to help everyone plan accordingly. We also list parking options on the FAQ section of our website, in order to provide some additional assistance in this area.

The tour guides knowledge and experience about the area. The underground visit was amazing 👏 architecture and beer experience at the end was my favorite.
Joann_U, Mar 2023
Historical facts very interesting
tour guide well educated with Cincinnati history. The underground was very weak...advertisement made the tunnels portion of tour grandeur then it was. Almost a tease compared to other tours
Response from Host, Mar 2023
Hi Joann, thanks for taking a tour with us and for providing feedback on your experience. I'm sorry to see the underground cellar did not meet your expectations on this neighborhood tour, but I'm glad that our guide did a great job in providing information about the city's history. I'll be sure to pass along your compliment to them.

The tour was a different tour False advertising by TripAdvisor which said there was minimal walking. Not true trip advisors fault as I bought ticket through TA . Streetcar was free to anyone. Not tour guides fault. Need to go directly through your company
Response from Host, Nov 2022
