I have done a few escape rooms and this place was extremely disappointing. First we walked in and I asked if we could park in the lot below and was told that they didn't know, so we had to pay to park in a different lot. Second they let strangers book with your group if you don't book all the available spots. I have never had that happen. It's not as fun when you have complete strangers in a room with you and your group. I would never book this place again. The room was really easy and we were done in less than 30 minutes. Not enough bang for our buck!!

Good game but not easy. The person who serviced us was great! I have only played 2 escape games and they have both been from here.

The excitement of finding clues and their importance in the story was awesome! Hearing Santa laugh and sharing additional clues made us feel that we were making progress. The guide was TERRIFIC!!
