Great time! I make it a point to do a ghost or true crime experience in every city I visit, and this one absolutely delivered. I loved that it leaned heavily into true crime which made the whole experience even more interesting.
Shoutout to Peyton, our guide, who did an awesome job bringing everything to life. Highly recommend!

Fun drivers. We went on a cold night and they brought blankets and some heated blankets for certain seats in the golf carts. That was very appreciated.

Not sure if this is year round, but due to the proximity to Halloween we had a few extra scares, haha! The tour was great. Darlene, our guide, truly brought the Southern Charm to our experience. It was a nice mix of folklore and fact, and a great way to check out the city a bit and see some cool landmarks. It was a bit chilly, so the blankets were an added bonus! These BILLS fans stopping by would highly recommend the trip.

Super fun experience. The golf carts are comfortable and a great way to get around the city, especially with my wife recovering from ankle surgery. The stories were interesting and there was a lot of entertainment along the way! Our driver Payton was fun to have lead us around.

Our tour guide was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to make the tour memorable. I would recommend bringing some additional newer and more up to date things to the tour. I think it hinges on history but I think it would bring more lure with more recent things that haunt Charlotte.

Our events of the actors doing the scenes is over the top as someone thought we were really hurt and cops came out which was fun as they joined it and made it even more fun. I think they had kind of backed off of your cart as one of your group members got very scared and we didn’t want to cause an issue with being too scared. We got a late start due to Hornets traffic. It was also raining a bit when we first got on the cart. Our guide, Todd, made us as comfortable as possible. He was great!
The tour was fun, with beautiful views of the city. It got a little campy at times, but that was part of the charm. It's fun for all ages.

Brenda had attitude that we didn't say hello to her. The other man was more informative but delivered with a blah attitude. He wore a ridiculous red metallic mask and made us feel awkward.

The very next review posted from the same tour says the hosts were entertaining and had lots of stories. Brenda is a very nice guide and has never been rude and is a five star tour guide. We have people calling to request her. I asked her about this and she has no idea where this came from. She said y’all tipped her well and said you enjoyed it. He is a professional who is in Tv It is a haunted/True crime and we dress up and people love it. It’s in our advertisement. I feel this was a false review, as other guests from the same exact tour stated how great it was. Hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Charlotte.

My 3 friends and I took the Saturday night haunted golfcart tour in Charlotte. Our tour guide Brenda was very informative as we rode around the upper town. There were 4 golf carts total that stopped at the cemeteries and other sites as they shared stories together. We all enjoyed our evening listening to the past true crime happenings; yes they are true! 👻🤡

We have a big mixture of haunted ghost and true crime, some that will bring you chills. Although it’s a tour showing you the places where the spirits wander and where the crimes occurred, some finish the tour a little in the scared side. It’s a lot of fun and certainly can be bone rattling.

We had a great time. Our driver, Peyton, and trainee, Caleb, we're super knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. We took this trip to celebrate a friend's birthday and it had everything: ghost stories, city history, true crime. The golf cart ride was also a great way to see the city. Perfect!

It's a nice way to see parts of the city. Would be nice if at some of the stops they gave you 10 minutes to walk around and explore .

This was a haunted/true crime and we go from one area to another telling you the haunted and true crime stories. I find this as odd because we stop and go into two cemeteries, offer to look on windows and take pictures at a haunted firehouse and give opportunity at every place to get off and take pictures We spend at least 10 min at each spot. If you would like to visit other areas, please take the historical tour we offer during the day time. We are not able to add additional 10 min to each stop or the tour would much longer than the 1-1/2 hours. You are also welcome to return to the areas and explore at your convenience. I don’t
Think any tour that lasts a certain time is able to allow more time to explore, as we really spend a good amount of time at each location. I feel like that was not deserving of a 3 star as we delivered quite a bit. I hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Charlotte

We had Kelley as our guide she was great!
She's very friendly and knowledgeable, Gave us a lot of info about Charlottes true crime as well as its history, and other places to visit within the city. Would definitely recommend Kelley as your guide for this tour.
