Phil was a great guide—5th generation “Catalinine” and was very knowledgeable in the history and culture of the Island. We had lots of lively energy on the EMF Detection Monitors, and with the stories, you definitely feel spooked. There were only 4 of us on the tour, so it wasn’t crowded and you keep looking over your shoulder…for…well..you know…!!!
Fun way to explore the haunted hot spots of Avalon! Our guide shared his knowledge & stories from the locals and encouraged our party of four to shate ours. Definitely got chills listening as we walked around and tried out EMF meters. Great evening, and we came back with cool stories to share with other travelers at our hotel. Definitely recommend! 👻💀👻
Jesse was awesome. She explained so much about the paranormal history of Catalina. She shared many stories of her experience with other tours.

John was our guide and we commented that 1+ hours went quickly. Luckily we were the only ones on the tour which made it personal, it was like spending time with an old friend. We were able to share stories and experiences. We enjoyed the history of Avalon and the Island, learning many new things.
Jess was great, very knowledgeable and genuine. We had a couple of drunk folks on the tour that were pretty annoying, but that's not her fault.
Biggest waste of money and time ever for a tour. So boring that 6 of us out of 8 total left the tour early.
The stories were great, but too many of them. Also, too many people on the tour and too much street activity (noise). Thus, minimal or no ghost detection
