This was a very fun experience! Our guide was great and very accommodating to the group. It was really cool to walk around the island and hear tales of the past and even stories as recent as within years about ghostly happenings. I would recommend this tour. Also really enjoyed the audio setup.

As a lot of history associated with Catalina Island, our guide was very informative. Although as a suggestion, she cannot carry a book cause she kept hitting it, and it was echoing in the earphones, but I’m very impressed that she remembered every detail year , person, detail. Also, it would’ve been nice if she wore her tire that would’ve made it a little bit more exciting. It may be practice, not saying nobody asked for my critique, but I think she did a great job.

Not recommended for children- some gnarly real stories and fascinating historical reference regarding the island timelines.
The ghosts are not scary but some of the gore is daunting.
It’s a great stroll around Avalon.

This is a combo of spooky stories from current and past. I was hoping to learn more about the history of Catalina island, the guide was lovely and very sweet. Something to do on a quiet night if you’re not into the bars

An excellent way to spend an evening on Catalina. Knowledgeable and professional guide, exercise and a good way to make new friends. This was worth it. Jess was so friendly and a great storyteller!

Super fun! Oliver is very fun and knowledgeable! The only thing that would be better is if the experience took place when it is dark. We went to dinner after and it was dark as we walked back to the golf cart, we were talking about the tour and since it was dark we got a little freaked out, which is what you want on a ghost tour :)

Jess did an amazing tour of downtown Avalon's hauntings. She was very informative and had lots of stories about the history of the island and the hauntings. Some quite bone chilling. A must do while on the island.

It was a great tour! My husband and I loved it. We do wish we chose a later time at night to get more of a spooky feel, so that’s all I would recommend to do. The tour guide was the best.

Chuck was an absolutely terrible guide. Our group started with 23 people and dwindled to 10 by the end of the tour. He is grumpy and a horrible storyteller. His stories were disjointed and difficult to follow. He bragged about his status in the community and being in the top 10 for haunted tours in the US; however, it was simply the worst tour I have ever been on. Absolutely awful.
