We had a great time. I had messed up the date and they were great and accommodates. Jackson was our guide and he was awesome. This was definitely a float so if you want rapids, there are a few but very beginner friendly. Thank you for fun day!!

Drove over one hour to the meeting point only to be greeted by locked doors. Local guide cancelled our trip WITHOUT notifying us. Tour operator NEVER notified us. Wish I could rate ZERO stars.

Great River Ride

Our guide, Isaiah was fantastic! He pointed out a lot of history about the area in general on our bus ride before we hit the river and he was a great informant about the river too once we got in the water! Wonderful, scenic, pleasant journey down the river! Loved it!!

This was a wonderful tour! Overall, it was a gentle ride (class 1 & 2 rapids) and a perfect first rafting experience with children. From start to finish, the staff and guides were friendly, professional, and fun. Highly recommend!

Lazy, relaxing rafting trip

The river was lazy and relaxing with a few little rapid bumps. If you want adrenaline, the 25 ft cliff jump was amazing! This was a relaxing and scenic view of the arid side of Colorado. Our guide, Justin was lots of fun!!

Thrilling “float” down the Colorado

Took my family (two adults and kids ages 14 and 11) on the half day float with class 1 and 2 rapids. There was another family in the boat with a 3 and 7 year old. I was surprised by the size of the rapids but there weren’t many and we all paddled through them. We’ve only done floats before and this was a nice “thrill” for us based on what we’ve been accustomed to. Your shoes get soaking wet and I’d reco Wearing a bathing suit and bringing dry clothes to change into. Our one hour drive back in cold wet clothes was not fun! The guides were great and kept the bus ride entertaining. Kayla was newer to the role but we couldn’t tell and felt comfortable with her guidance and direction. There were really only small sections of rapids which was the right amount for us and we got to watch some other boat passengers jump off the cliff (too cold for us and we didn’t wear swim suits). My only thing to note is this does specify it’s in Kremmling. I searched things to do in Breckinridge and this came up. It’s an hour drive away which I didn’t realize till the night before, but that’s on me for not planning more in advance. We had a great time and I’d highly recommend Kayla as a guide if you get to choose!

The drive to the river was beautiful and we even saw some mountain goats. The views on the river were even more beautiful! Ever turn showed gorgeous scenery and we saw a bald eagle as well. Ian rainy is some history along the way and answered all our kids’ questions 😆. We got to park and jump off some cliffs…so cool! We expected a float down the river, but didn’t expect a few class 3 rapids to be thrown in which was awesome. Our kids got to take take turns riding on the front of the raft in calm waters and they thought it was awesome.

What a great & fun day on the river! Our guide, Steve, and the rest of the staff were friendly & helpful. After a short bus ride from the AVA store, our rafts were in the water. The rapids were family friendly & our entire group included ages from young children to grandparents. Steve’s expertise kept us all safe with each rafter actively participating with his direction. He told silly jokes & told us interesting history of the area. There was a stop to jump off some rocks or take a swim. All in all, a wonderful time that we highly recommend for all ages when visiting beautiful Colorado!

Mike, our guide, was terrific! We rock & rolled (360 degree turns) over rapids and never felt the raft was out of control. He had us going backwards so we could see the beauty behind us. He clearly has mastered the art of controlling a raft and keeping us feeling secure. Great time.
