Very bad. No communication with the tour operator. They didnt return my money. I didnt use this rental service They sold me tickets for it even when the skii resort was not open

It was horrible everything that was listed in the detail section was grammatically incorrect. Listed the employee at rental area as the tour operator when he wasn’t. There was no entry ticket since an idiot through customer service told me that the entry ticket was the ticket for rental of equipment which was not listed.
