Waste of money

Heather_G, Feb 2022
The tour was supposed to start at 12 and last 4 hours. We did not leave the meeting location until 1 hour, 45 minutes later. The bus driver hired did not know how to drive the bus. Poor communication from our tour guide on stops, and how long we would be at each location. Would not recommend, especially at this price range.

Response from Host, Feb 2022

We apologize that our driver did not meet expectations. It was simply unacceptable. Our bus company provided us a driver who was new and got lost. We have taken the steps moving forward to make sure this does not happen again. We will coach our guide on how to try to handle these situations better in the future.
