Arianna took time both at the acropolis and the museum to provide us a comprehensive understanding of both the mythology and status of the ruins. It was nice being in a small group. We strongly recommend her tour!

The tour was very informative! The guides always know the best items to share, skipping lines, take the best pictures etc. if you want to immerse yourself with the history of this area, highly recommend this tour. Best not to wear sandals, saw many people with the wrong footwear.

We had a great tour of the Acropolis and Museum with Costas. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed learning about the different sites within the Acropolis and our guide was very knowledgeable and did not overwhelm us with information. Definitely wear.comfortable shoes since the walk up and around the top is uneven and can be slippery. Also, we had to pay separately for the tickets to the Acropolis (20 euros each person) and for the Museum (15 euros each) within a time slot. Make sure to download the actual tickets to your phone since they scan them to gain entry. Costas sent us a link to go to for the tickets. Most of the three hours was spent on the Acropolis with about 45 minutes in the Museum at the end with him pointing out highlights and then letting us look at the rest after the tour ended. I would highly recommend this tour if you don’t want to be a part of a big group and want personalized attention.

We had a great time on this private tour. Our guide Markella was amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable! She made the tour very interesting and we enjoyed all the extra details she provided throughout the tour. It was a great way to see the Acropolis and we highly recommend it especially with Markella.

Our guide, Stefanos, was very knowledgeable. It was a very vigorous walking tour (we circumnavigated then walked to the top of the Acropolis), but Stefanos knew when to stop for breaks, navigate around crowds, and get us to the most scenic sites. We've been to Athens multiple times, but this time we saw sites we'd never seen before, and learned tons about ancient Athens and its more recent history as well. Even though it was very busy, and windy, we really enjoyed this tour.

Our tour guide, Markella, was wonderful. We did this as a layover tour on our way to Rome. The week prior, I had many questions regarding timing as we had to make our connecting flight and Markella was very responsive and helpful in planning.
The tour was very informative; however, as we approached the Acropolis, it was extremely crowded and we were concerned that we wouldn’t get to the top quickly enough. Markella carefully got us through the slow-moving crowds and then had our driver pick us up closer to the exit area so we wouldn’t miss our flight!

Our guide was fantastic. He was entertaining and informative. In fact, he was so good. We asked if he was a teacher. The sites speak for themselves but Having someone to explain the stories and mythology takes it to another level. I highly recommend the tour.

A 3pm start was a great idea. Not too crowded because the cruise tourists are gone. Not too hot. Be prepared for lots of dates and names. Very informative and just the perfect length.

Arianna is the BEST. She provides an incredibly thorough tour while keeping the conversation lively. The tour feels meandering with plenty of stops but you will end up covering A LOT of ground. We were seriously impressed with how much fascinating history she was able to impart. She is also a great source for local recommendations. We took her up on several.

He gave a lot of history about each of the ancient ruins on the tour. Very polite. Gave multiple points of views on the history and stories. Got to see a bunch of the different attractions/historical points with the guide and then got to continue to explore them at our own pace after the tour.
