The meeting point is 60m from the "Acropolis" metro station, at Athanasiou Diakou 16 Street & Syggrou Avenue, 11742 Athens.(link). When using Google or Apple Maps, be sure to include the postal code 11742 to locate us correctly. Piraeus port is about 40 minutes by taxi depending on the traffic.

This activity ends back at the meeting point.Itinerary
The ride starts near the Acropolis metro station, where you're fitted with your bike, helmet, and a regular or electric option. From there, follow your guide and small group along a bike-friendly route past the Acropolis Museum to the National Observatory, with a short walk up to the overlook for views across the city.
The route continues through Thiseio and past the Kerameikos cemetery and Roman Agora, with a stop for photos, then on past the Cathedral, the Plaka neighborhood, and a viewpoint over the Acropolis and Parthenon. The final stretch passes the Presidential Mansion, the Panathenaic Stadium, and the Zappeion, ending at the Arch of Hadrian before returning to the meeting point.
If you've chosen the e-bike option with the Acropolis add-on, you also spend time at the hilltop complex with a guide.

- Our tours will operate under all weather conditions, rain or shine
- Please arrive at the starting point 15 minutes early. The bike tour begins promptly at the scheduled time and late arrivals cannot be accommodated
- Please note that there are no restroom facilities at our meeting point
- This tour is suitable for all fitness levels, as long as you can ride a bike. Not recommended for those with heart conditions or other serious medical issues
- Participants must be over 12 years old
- This tour does not include entry to archaeological sites (except for the Electric Bike + Acropolis Visit option). The focus is on exploring the city’s layout, enjoying the ride, and capturing great photos and it does not include an in-depth historical commentary
- This tour is limited to a maximum of 12 participants
- The tour leader may modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or traffic regulations on the day of the tour
- For option 'Electric Bike + Acropolis Visit' :Acropolis entrance tickets are included, so please do not purchase them separately

Great tour with Dimitrius! We booked this bike by Athens tour kind of last minute as a way to see the city center with our short time frame that we had. We saw and learned SO much and covered even more of an area than we expected. Couldn't have asked for a better guide than Dimitrius! He really loves his job and made the time spent very memorable. This experience was AMAZING! Our group of six (ages between 22 and 60) had a wonderful time with Stephanie! The e-bike tour was so much fun and we saw so much of Athens that we would have otherwise missed.
We then had our tour of the Acropolis with Demos who was equally engaging. The hike up the mountain is not easy, but Demos did a wonderful job of moving us up the hill with short walks and stops under shaded areas where we learned all about the rich history of Athens and the Acropolis! Both experiences are AMAZING!

This tour is a great way to experience Athens. Our guide, Karolis, took us to see many historical sites as well as beautiful views of the city. He was very knowledgeable and interactive and kept our three teenagers engaged. He also recommended a small family owned restaurant afterwards that was delicious. Highly recommend!

Excellent tour to see the sights by bike with knowledgeable, friendly and fun guide (Aggelos in our case).
Bikes were easy to use. As long as you can ride a bike, you're good to go. Being electric and geared, it took all the hard work out of it. Helmets were provided. The bike had a rack on the back with elastics for a bag if required. There was a short stop halfway through the tour for comfort break and/or refreshments.
Athens by Bike was excellent tour which I would highly recommend.

Best way to see around Athens up close and hidden gems around the city. Jim was a fabulous tour guide! Make sure you bring your sunglasses, water, and a bag you can carry on your shoulders or waist.

Kostas led the tour. He was fun, supportive of different capabilities and really knowledgeable. The bikes were good with plenty of assistance or none. We circled the Acropolis and dropped into several places of interest and viewpoints and learned a lot on the way. Kostas also helped with advice on the next legs of our trip through the Pelopponesus and Greece

This was amazing. The e-bike made us able to enjoy the ride and Marius was exceptional. I only wish that it was not so crowded on the streets, negotiating around people made it hard to keep together at times.

Loved our electric bike tour of Athens. Our biking guide Stephanie was warm and energetic and took us to all of the major highlights. The bikes were in great shape and easy to ride. We added the guided Acropolis tour to the experience. Our guide Demos was also wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about the history. Took just the right amount of time. Highly recommended!

Our e-bike tour was guided by Alex on a hot Athens day. He was fabulous, providing great information and some laughs, was very welcoming and offered his assistance with anything we needed. The best part was we missed the start of the tour due to the city centre being closed for an event, I communicated this and once we arrived we were taken to meet with the group so we didn’t miss out! We were so grateful!!

It's the first time I tried an electric bike. I would recommend doing this in the morning like we did because Athens gets hot in the afternoon. Our guide Alex was really funny. He's a writer-musician who has an interesting take on Greek culture.

Alex made the ride fun. It is a bit challenging for beginners. Marble streets, up and down narrow roads. Dodging pedestrians and cars. But if you are comfortable on the E bike it can be a great experience to see Athens. Go before its so hot out.

Fantastic tour! Aggelos, our guide, was fun, funny all while sharing interesting details about each landmark. Electric bikes were great, no experience needed, a quick totirial explains everything. Don’t miss this tour! Way more fun in the summer sun with air whipping by your face and legs to cool down.

We were newbies to e-bikes our guide provided clear instructions on using the bike anx the levels of power assistance. The bikes were well maintained. The tour around Athens was an easy pace mostly flat with one small uphill section which was made easy with the assistance of the e-bike.

This was a fantastic experience and we enjoyed every minute. I didn’t want it to end. The guides were so friendly, knowledgable and funny. The bikes were superb and easy to use. It was the first time we had used electric bikes. It was much easier than I anticipated. We saw all the best parts of Athens which I don’t think we would have discovered or had time to explore without the guides. It was also nice to meet other travellers from all over the world.
