Our driver, Jerry, made the trip interesting with the history & local knowledge. He was very kind & a very fun afternoon. Peter Cellars winery had the best wines & a very quaint atmosphere. The best was delicious wine with his 3 adorable & sweet dogs that weee happy to greet us. We also visited Roche Winery with breath taking views of the vineyards, beautiful patio, & surrounding mountains. Highly recommended this trip & would do it again.

Tour expects 20% tip as a standard. Great guide and tour of Sonoma. Couldn’t expect more. Just don’t throw large placard on the front visor telling me what to tip before we even get underway. If it’s expected than build it into price and I’d probably tip anyway
The tour was great . Randy the tour guide made it a great experience I would take the tour next time we’re in San Francisco
Wonderful experience from the moment we started the tour! Randy was the ultimate tour guide, very informative and personable! He went above and beyond in making sure that our experience was memorable! It will definitely be a highlight of our visit to SF for many years! We will definitely visit the city again and book another tour, hoping with Randy as our guide!

Jerry was a fabulous guide. Funny and factual stories were told along our drive to the first winery, Harwood. Dave , the owner, was a laid back interesting fellow, who we enjoyed his “coolness”. The wine was good also, we bought two bottles. The lunch stop in Sonoma gave us plenty of choices. We ate at the Irish Pub, Murphy’s , the owner came over to talk with us. The fish & chips was delicious. The next winery was Jacuzzi, an interesting story behind the name. The venue was beautiful, a tasting of 5 wines ended the day with a relaxing ride back to the ship(we were on a cruise). I highly recommend Jerry and Viator for those wanting a wine tour out of San Francisco.
Randy was knowledgeable and a fun tour guide. He went above and beyond hosting us for the afternoon. I will recommend this tour to any of friends and family who might be visiting in the future.
Terrible experience. I booked this in advance and I received a confirmation a day before that it was all set, only to get a call at almost 10pm that night that they would not be able to honor the booking b/c they didn’t have enough people. It’s one thing they couldn’t make it work but it’s another that they decide to call me late at night to inform me not giving me enough time to make some alternate plans. Also the person who called was extremely rude and unpleasant to speak with. This is very unprofessional behavior and I would never plan something with this company again.
I did not actually go on the tour. It was cancelled the night before I was supposed to go. The company did a great job communicating and arranging a tour with another tour company. Getting a refund was no problem and it was quick.
Excellent driver and tour guide. Took the time to give us the full tour and more. 2 locations were excellent for wine tasting.
We had a nice history tour of San Francisco with our tour guide Joe then went to the outlook of the Golden Gate Bridge for pictures and then really enjoyed the small winery tasting at the boutique winery’s an overall great experience

Trip was too expensive for what it includes. The best part was stopping for lunch and having photos near the golden bridge.
Winery selections for this tour were not really great - the more scenic wineries in sonoma are not included.
We had an unbelievably fun time with Jerry. His deep and broad knowledge of the area, wine and all of the culture surrounding it made the experience very special. We learned so much about how to taste, and think about wine. Highly recommended!!!
Our Tour Guide Randy was excellent. I definitely learned a lot from him about the history of San Francisco, Sonoma and Napa Valley. The wineries we visited had great products and I go again for sure.
Our guide Joe was very knowledgeable about San Francisco and told us things about the wine and area we never knew! Had lots of fun and delicious wine in sonoma!
Was only told the evening before it was cancelled via WhatsApp message as no one else had booked the tour. Would have been nice to be informed earlier considering international travellers don’t always have internet… plus side speedy full refund thank you!
The places our tour guide showed us in addition to his commentary and information supplied while driving along. The vineyards and wine were great as was the lunch in Sonoma. Enjoyed the company of the other people on the tour.

Very enjoyable tour. Visited two wineries. While it was a rainy day, we still enjoyed our guide Ulrich and the knowledge he shared with us. Also, we had a great lunch in Sonoma at the Fig and the Girl. And of course we enjoyed the wine.
Ulrich was our tour guide and he showed us a delightful overview of Sonoma! We visited a small boutique winery that won many gold and double gold medals. The wines were terrific! Ulrich also showed us many San Francisco sights, and even drove us down the “crooked street”!! So much fun!
We enjoyed Ulrich’s experience and Homewood Winery. We enjoyed seeing the Sonoma County and the square.
One of the best tours I’ve ever taken through Viator , it was worth every hour , you get to enjoy the tour in a small group

I am a sort of wine snob and even I learned more appreciation for wine during this tour. To say Ulrich is a tour guide is a vast understatement of what he taught and showed us. Definitely one of the best experiences. Met some new friends and enjoyed some fantastic wine. Definitely do not hesitate to take this tour.
