Excellent Driver, Poor Communication About Pickup Time and Early Morning Surcharge

The driver arrived on time, communicated his location clearly, and made pickup easy. Although he was quiet during the ride, it was very early in the morning, so that wasn’t an issue. I would definitely give the driver 5 stars. I rated the overall experience 4 stars because I had to call the company the day before our trip to find out our pickup time, as it was never communicated to me. During that call, I was also informed there would be an additional charge because our flight was so early—something that was never disclosed when I booked the service. Overall, the transportation itself was excellent, but I’d recommend confirming your pickup time in advance and being aware that early-morning flights may incur an extra fee.

Our driver from the airport to the hotel was on time, great with communicating, friendly, great with our kids and so knowledgeable about San Francisco! Five stars ! Would definitely recommend !
