It was a smaller coach bus and no bathroom’s. They should include in description may or may not have restroom.
The described coach bus was not a coach bus as advertised, but more of shuttle. Additionally, there was not a restroom as advertised either. When an older man requested to please pull over as he felt sick the bus driver refused to stop and instead the man was forced to ask fellow passengers in the back row to please relocate so he could throw up in the back of the shuttle so as to not disturb the majority of passengers seated in the front. There was also another woman who had to use the restroom for over two hours and again had to run to the restroom once the shuttle arrived at the airport, leaving her family to gather all the luggage for her, because the driver refused to stop. I would not recommend this company because of not having compassion for their customers, especially the elderly on an 3 hour drive, and false advertising.

We were told we would be in a nice coach bus with bathrooms but this was a smaller van with no bathrooms for a 2.5 hour drive. Very bumpy ride also

Driver arrived for pick up early and was courteous. Pick up location was convenient. Bus was in excellent condition.
I am so happy that I chose to use this service. Trip from Seward to Anchorage was amazing. The driver was soo cool. The train would have been cool, but I don't if I would have lasted that long. The van ride was just enough.
