A fantastic way to experience the gorgeous waterfalls! Trolley made it easy to spend a little or more time at each of the stops. We chose to hike a few falls and view others. Drivers kept to schedule and were helpful & friendly.

That the Waterfalls themselves are not always visible from the Trolley. An hour is too long to stay at each stop.
Laci_M, Jun 2026
It’s an amazing way to see multiple waterfalls. The trolley drivers are all so friendly & makes seeing all the waterfalls an even better experience. Two huge thumbs up!!
Merri_M, Jun 2026
Book early so you have plenty of time if you want to see all of the multiple falls areas. Trolly only comes every hour.
Cynthia_S, Jun 2026
Really enjoyed and very informative, just a little hot. We stayed at Horsetail for over an hour. Enjoyed the view and took pictures. There were no restrooms at this location. Tour guide should make visitors aware of the restroom locations.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thanks for the review! For anyone reading in the future, our free trail guide handout does mark which locations have restrooms. Drivers can always answer questions as well.

Great experience, trolley was fun and avoided trying to find somewhere to park . Trolley was easy to get on and off and was always on time

Both drivers we experienced and so friendly! The company only charged $1 for water. Parking was easy to get to and everyone was helpful!

Wonderful review! Thank you.
Maxine_P, Jun 2026
Love the fact that we were able to stay as long as we wanted at each waterfall stop. We were able to shop at our leisure and still take in the breath taking sights.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Thank you for riding with us!
Karen_L, Jun 2026
A great way to the falls and hear the history of the falls. The staff is great and you do not have to worry about finding a parking spot
Response from Host, Jun 2026

Amy_S, Jun 2026
This was a very convenient way to visit all the waterfalls without having to deal with all the hassle of dealing with the park’s parking and congestion. Both of our drivers were very friendly and professional.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you for riding the Waterfall Trolley and for leaving us such a great review. We truly appreciate it!
Steven_G, Jun 2026
We really had a great time in the hop on bus. I suggest you read through their suggestions for itineraries. It all depends how long you want to tour and how many waterfalls you want to visit.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thanks so much for your suggestion! We’re thrilled you had a great experience with the Waterfall Trolley.

This was so worth the money! What a great way to see the area!! Christopher & Richard were funny, knowledgeable and kind. The Vista House Salad at The Lodge was amazing!, I highly recommend this tour!
Response from Host, Jun 2026
We'll let them know! It will make their day! Thanks for hopping on with us.
Jamie_C, Jun 2026
This was a convenient and very enjoyable tour. Our guide Richard was informative and had a great personality! The hop on hop off was a great way to see the falls. If you are taking pictures, sit on the right side of the trolley
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you so much! It’s always great to hear that guests enjoyed their Waterfall Trolley experience
Janice_F, Jun 2026
The bus make a lot of stops and there is an hour wait between busses so decide where you want to stop and spend your time
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thanks for hopping-on with us Janice!

If you get off at each stop the next shuttle is an hour. It would be nice to have 10-15 minutes at each waterfall to see them properly.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thanks for riding with us! That is only true if you travel in one direction. If you look at the loop schedule, the trolley intervals can be much less. We hope you had a great day on the Waterfall Corridor.
Emma_F, Jun 2026
I did the 2pm session as a last minute activity and it was still great. Managed to get off at a couple of stops and the driver made sure to slow down to allow me to take photos from the car of sites that were visible from the road.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thanks for the great review Emma!
Cindy_R, Jun 2026
We got off at Horsetail then walked along road back to Triple Falls/Oneaonta in one stop rather than 2. It was an easy walk. No seating at the Triple Falls/Oneaonta stop.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you for the five stars.
Carrie_H, May 2026
Very easy and convenient. Driver was very informative and nice. Don’t have to worry about parking or driving! Just get on the trolley and enjoy the scenery between the stops!
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thanks for the great review Carrie! We're glad you had a great time!
AMANDA_R, Sept 2025
The trolley was great. Enjoyed being able to choose how long we stayed at a stop. There are options for both novice and experienced hikers.
Laurie_B, Sept 2025
The waterfalls are beautiful, and if you plan to spend the day at a relaxed pace, the hop-on hop-off trolley can be a good option. However, be aware that with only two trolleys running, the wait time between stops was often close to an hour. Adding at least two more trolleys would make the service much more convenient, ideally with pickups every 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, though the narration along the route was minimal.
Ed_D, Aug 2025
Highly recommended in touring and hiking. Super organized, easy hop on and hop off, staff very friendly and a comodating.
Tammy_M, Aug 2025
Fabulous experience and we got to move at our own pace. The trolley car driver. I wish I could remember. Her name, was fabulous. She was able to give us great information on where to travel and we could decide what activity level we wanted. We had lunch at Multnomah falls restaurant. Fabulous food!
Gary_C, Aug 2025
This is so much easier than driving your car and looking for scarce parking spaces! Plus i learned quite a bit about the history and natural beauty of the gorge!
The drivers are great and informative!
Julie_B, Aug 2025
The trolley was perfect! We loved how easy & convenient this was…it’s a terrific way to see The Gorge & waterfalls!
Pamela_D, Aug 2025
Very efficient no stress of trying to find a parking place, on and off is very close to the falls at each location, overall a great experience and very pleased that we did it. Also, our driver was extremely friendly, very cooperative, very informative and I believe his name was Chris. And we were impressed with how close they adhered to the schedule just within minutes of when they were due to arrive.!
Debbie_B, Aug 2025
It was so fun. Perfect day to hike when you want or just ride to the different falls. Get off and have lunch at the Lodge. Excellent food
Timothy_H, Aug 2025
The people are very friendly but my only complaint is they do not have enough trolleys running. If you are hiking one of the trails then fine but just to see the waterfall you could be waiting almost an hour before the next trolley comes your way. Only 2 trolleys running the day we went. I’m not sure if they ever have more running at a time.
Response from Host, Aug 2025
The website and the schedule you were given clearly shows the 1 hour intervals. We would like to run more trolleys but we would have to raise the price to in excess of $50 which would price it out to the affordable range. You could have reversed yourself several times and reduced the time between trolleys. We have had guests do seven hikes in a day by preplanning and doing that. I am sorry that the timing did not meet your expectations.
Casandra_O, Aug 2025
Loved the trolly ride. The day couldn't have been more beautiful. It was easy to jump on and off where we wanted. I did lose my phone and grabbed it at the next stop. (Luckily I caught up to the trolley by running behind it) STILL it was a great day and a spectacular adventure filled with some truly breathtaking views.
Gladys_R, Aug 2025
Richard was amazing ! He has funny jokes and he likes pizza! Would recommend for anyone visiting the area for the first time, it’s a must!
Betty_R, Aug 2025
Beautiful falls and plenty of time to see them. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. Nice visitor shop.
Michelle_W, Aug 2025
We loved this stress free experience. At the time the road was closed from Corbet (the starting point) to all the falls. They take you on a coach bus to Multnomah falls. from there the trolleys take you up & down the route. I highly recommend the 0.4 hike at Ponytail falls that take you behind the waterfall.
Response from Host, Aug 2025
