Following your arrival, transfer to the boarding zone for the short shuttle ride that takes you to the submarine dive zone. Arrive at the submarine for your underwater experience. This submarine-style glass-bottom boat offers crystal-clear views of Oahu's underwater activity.

My tour was canceled due to poor visibility but I was in an Uber on my way when I found out. I had spoken to them a couple of hours prior to get clarity on directions; why wasn’t I informed then. I hate I missed that once in a lifetime experience.

Loved seeing all the sunken ships and planes. I was hoping to see a shark, but we didn't. We enjoyed the commentary of what was coming in view.

The kiddo had a great time with the adventure. Check-in and boarding was easy and the staff was very helpful and informative. Excursion was fun for the kiddo as she was able to see the sea creatures.

Worth it! The staff and crew were well organized and very friendly. I get motion sickness snorkeling, even with sea bands. I had no trouble on the submarine. Great experience!

Such a cool experience! Nothing like I’ve ever done before. Allison was hilarious & very knowledgeable. Maya was very nice too. We saw multiple sea turtles & tons of different fish throughout the adventure. Would absolutely do it again.

Shuttle boat takes you to the sub. The actual trip on the sub is only about 45 minutes long. Overall this was an excellent experience.

I was so pleased with this experience, we are a family of 5 my husband and 3 daughters. My daughters are 7 and two 4 year old twins, while they were a bit nerves they loved this experience. They are used to the LEGOLAND submarine ride so we thought the real thing would be fun for them, they were mostly scared because they knew we may see a shark and thought it might be dangerous. We explained how safe we would be and we in fact did see a shark and so many beautiful fish. The staff was great and so sweet and informative, would recommend with kids.

It was a smooth ride. The seats were AWFUL!! They were so awful it made the whole experience terrible and uncomfortable. I feel like we wasted our money.

We were concerned about the size of the sub and how close we would be, but booking the 9am spot provided us with plenty of room. We enjoyed a short 10 minute boat ride to the sub. Both the sub & the boat were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our tour guide made the experience fun & enjoyable. Plenty of marine life to view. We even saw 2 sharks and a sea turtle. Would highly recommend and worth the money!

Great experience under water up to 100 ft. You will be under water around 45 min. You can see variety of fishes. Families and especially kids will enjoy a lot. Must have experience in a under water submarine.

We had high expectaions based on the participants photos and reviews and sadly my FIL 72 and 12 year old daiughter found it boring and less fish than they see from shore.

We are sorry to hear that your recent adventure was less exciting than you had hoped, but are glad that you joined the experience of traveling to the bottom of the sea in a submarine. Unfortunately, Waikiki has very sparse natural reef environments, and over the past 100 years, the natural reef has been disappearing. In collaboration with the University of Hawaii Sea Grant Program, Atlantis has created many expansive artificial reef environments that have helped reef and marine life flourish. We hope that with a little time and care, our natural reefs will continue to grow and more fishes to return.
Since this is an open ocean experience sightings of ocean life can be unpredictable and vary from hour to hour.

This was a beautiful experience to see the sea life around the ship and airplane wreckage along with the growing coral. We saw many fish. It was pretty amazing to dive dive dive 100’ to see the beautiful waters off Waikiki. Thank you for the core family memory!

What an experience! My family all enjoyed our submarine trip under the sea at Waikiki. We dove down up to 106 feet and saw a sea turtle, many giant trevallys, boxfish, etc. The experience under the sea lasts about 45 minutes. Our submarine is the largest tourist passenger submarine in the world.

Absolutely amazing and well worth the money. We’ve been to
Oahu several times and have done many excursions, but this one tops the charts by far. The history and educational commentary from the guides is so informative. Plus all of the awesome sea life you don’t get to experience on the surface of the water! Do yourself a favor and book this tour!
