Today we had a beautiful boat tour. It was a very special, peaceful, and truly unforgettable experience.

The boat ride was even better than I imagined. Our captain, Raydel Hernandez, truly made the experience more enjoyable with his knowledge and interesting facts about the area. The scenery was beautiful, and everything was very clean and spacious. The “staff”was accommodating and made sure guests felt comfortable throughout the trip. Communication was excellent, so I never felt worried or confused about anything. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely take this boat ride again.

Do discuss your booked itinerary with the captain before you depart. Our experience was wonderful except for missing the Sandbar stop even after mentioning it on the tour to the experienced captain we booked. Also, the tour ended a bit short of the 3-hour booking. Additionally, know that costs are separate for all areas including boat, parking, and the captain's fee. All in all, we made the best of seeing Miami for my 55th bday. Although a small stain on what could have been a 5 star rating for us, give it a go!

While the captain offered the included island stop, sandbar destinations are part of our longer excursions due to the additional travel time required.
We also strive to provide guests with their full charter time, while returning to the dock a few minutes early to allow everyone to gather their belongings and disembark comfortably.

Highlight of our trip! Our Captain, Eduardo was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided a relaxing tour of Biscayne Bay and surrounding islands. We showed up early and he was ready to depart promptly. We got an early start and he still kept us out on the water for the full duration of our scheduled trip- giving us an extra half hour!

Captain Eduardo was amazing! He was kind, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. He navigated deeper waters/waves expertly, keeping us dry and safe. He texted me the day before our boat ride and we also communicated the morning of. He was waiting outside to meet and greet us upon our arrival. We would definitely choose him again!
The owner is highly responsive and fully transparent with the cost, no hidden fees. We arrived at the marina from our South Beach hotel in about 30 minutes (traffic can fluctuate so plan accordingly) and went to Bayside Marketplace after our boat ride ended (less than 10 minute drive).
10/10 experience for us!!

Raydel was an awesome captain. It was the perfect way to see the waterways of Miami. It felt like a Beverly Hills, CA tour, but even better, because we were on water with a great tour guide, food, and drinks that we brought, but best of all- no traffic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our boat tour. Captain Omar was very friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. He provided commentary throughout the trip. He shared many interesting facts about the city, sites we passed, and star homes. We even experienced a dolphin show during the excursion. Captain Omar stopped and allowed us to video it. The boat was comfortable for all 10 of us and the restroom was very clean. Our tour was at 10 am and it got really hot half way through it. I would recommend going earlier or late afternoon. We decided to go during the day because we wanted to really view the sites, but think it would have been beautiful at night.

MYA Boat Charters is wonderful!
It was pouring rain when our charter was originally scheduled, and MYA happily rescheduled our trip for the next morning.
Captain Ray was friendly and informative. He answered all of our questions and made sure we saw everything we wanted to see. He even positioned the boat so our selfies in front of the Miami skyline were awesome!
We talked about that trip for the rest of our stay. Thank you, Captain Ray!

Had a nice evening on the water with Jasiel. He was a great captain, pleasant company, and fantastic with the boat. Once we selected our captain the day prior, Jasiel was great with communication. We felt safe and enjoyed our evening. Even with a total downpour halfway through the charter, we had a fabulous evening seeing celeb homes and the Miami skyline after sunset. We had 7 people on the boat with plenty of room for all, and bonus having a bathroom on board. Highly recommend.

What an amazing day on the water with Captain Eduardo Martinez. The boat was clean and just as pictured. This was the highlight of our Miami weekend. Eduardo pointed out all of the major sites and millionaire homes. He made sure we stopped at the perfect area to take a dip and sunbathe on the floating mat. Will definitely do it again.

Our group of four—two couples revisiting Miami together—had an absolutely fantastic time on this 2-hour Biscayne Bay boat tour. From the moment we stepped aboard, the entire experience felt relaxing, scenic, and unforgettable. The weather could not have been more perfect: bright blue skies with a mix of partly cloudy and mostly sunny moments that made the views of the bay and Miami skyline look incredible.
What made the experience even more special was simply enjoying each other’s company while taking in the beautiful scenery, waterfront homes, and sparkling water. The atmosphere was easygoing, fun, and exactly what we hoped for while returning to the city.
Captain Eli was truly outstanding and made the entire tour exceptional. He is kind, patient, relaxed, flexible, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. You can immediately tell he genuinely cares about his guests and understands how to create a comfortable, enjoyable experience for everyone on board. He was accommodating throughout the tour, happy to answer questions, adjust to what the group enjoyed most, and made us feel completely welcome and at ease. His skill and confidence as a captain also made the ride smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
This tour ended up being one of the highlights of our Miami visit, and it is absolutely something we would do again—especially with friends or family visiting the city for the first time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable Biscayne Bay experience!
