Hector Blanco was fabulous. This trip was fun. We did not get champagne! The cost was confusing and sort of a bate and switch. The cost online was one number THEN we had to pay the captain and something else. We had to sign a lengthy agreement. NOT COOL! Be prepared for extra cost and signing legal documents. I recommend with "eyes wide open"

Please do not book this… our tour was booked for 2 hrs and we started 30 mins late. While booking I spoke to Vikki and specifically asked we are on girls trip and we only want to do the millionaire houses. And she said this is the perfect tour to book. Once we reached, our captains name was Hector and he didn’t even introduce himself once we got on the boat since we were 30 minutes late he took us to Biskin Bay and while reaching their reaction him that no to towards specifically I was four millionaire houses and he’s like well. I don’t have enough time, but I don’t know why he brought us to biscuit Bay where we told them that our focus was only on millionaire houses anyways, he didn’t take us to any of the sightings we wanted he just took us to Biscom Bay docked there for like 30 minutes and then we came back so I would definitely recommend not booking this one and they were expenses of over $120 that you had to pay at after reaching the dock so I don’t know what those expenses were when when your tourist says everything is included so be there before you booked this trip.

It made for a lovely experience on the Miami waterfront. You are able to choose longer rides to maximize your experience if you prefer. We were on a time crunch, but would have done so otherwise.

The 2 hours boat ride itself was great, beautiful views and the included champagne was a nice touch. We had a really enjoyable time on the water.
That said, the extra fees were frustrating. After paying online, we were charged an additional $40 on arrival, $40/hour for the captain, and $10 for a required boating certificate exam. This also delayed our start by about 30 minutes, and the captain still expected full payment for the entire scheduled time, which didn’t feel fair.
I understand that some of these fees may be required by Florida law, but they should absolutely be disclosed and INCLUDED in the total price at the time of booking. This was meant to be a surprise for my partner, so having to handle multiple payments in front of them made the experience feel awkward and took away from what should have been a seamless, special moment.
Overall, a fun experience, but the pricing and payment process need to be more transparent.

My family and I booked for one hour at 9:30 and it was worst experience ever it started off on the wrong foot to even begin with they were so rude to us I had some questions as we boarded the boat where they had to get a manger witch I later found out cut into 30 min of our time by the time we started out tour it was a little after 10 when I tell u the so called captain rushed through those 30 min to get us back is an understatement it was the scariest experience he was going so fast we didn’t get to really and enjoy the ride i was hit with a cup in the face at like 50 miles an hour the only time we stopped was to take a quick picture after that it was nothing but bumps and the captain speeding through what they called tour we didn’t get to see anything and I was scared I was gonna fly out of the boat it just seemed. Like the louder I screamed the faster he went. Waking up with a messed up back and neck sound not be part of an experience.

Regarding the timing, your tour was scheduled to begin at 9:30 when guests arrive late or when additional questions require manager assistance at the dock, this unfortunately reduces the time available on the water, as we have other tours scheduled immediately after. We always do our best to start on time so every group receives the full experience they booked. We strongly recommend for all customers to make sure all steps are completed prior to getting to the dock however this was not the case.
We also want to clarify that the boat used for your tour does not reach the speeds described in your review so i am not sure if you are actually posting a review to the wrong business. Safety is our top priority, and our captains follow strict operating limits at all times. We take concerns about speed or comfort seriously, and we will review this internally to ensure everything was handled appropriately.

We paid for a tour ride , which had a captain for our guide and we did not get to a tour because of the long guide which as asking me bout driving the boat wen we paid for a cpatain to drive us around and they workers was unhelpful , they didnt care bout if we didn’t have our tour

This is not correct. As per USCG regulations it is required in order to comply with a bareboat charter agreement to pay the captain directly. We make a lot of efforts to communicate this payment up front at the product description, tour details and few times before departure time however you did not agree on making this payment and we are not willing to provide any illegal charters.

Worst experience ever. DO NOT BOOK.
When we booked the boat trip, the description clearly said we would cruise through Biscayne Bay and see some of Miami’s best sights, including Millionaire Row, Star Island, and Downtown Miami. We saw none of that.
Instead, we stayed in a harbor the entire time. We paid over $200 and never left the harbor area. The description is extremely misleading and does not reflect the actual experience.
It also says the trip lasts one to two hours, which made us believe we would at least see some of the advertised landmarks. That never happened.
This feels like false advertising. We paid expecting a sightseeing boat tour and instead got a very disappointing ride around a harbor with no views and none of the promised locations.
Do not book. Total waste of money. 🚫

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with your comments, as the differences between the 1‑hour and 2‑hour tours are communicated in several places. First, the product description clearly outlines what each duration includes when you select either the 1h or 2h option. In addition, the confirmation you received from Viator also explains the distinctions between the two tours.
It’s important to understand that the 1‑hour tour is a shorter, more limited experience, and choosing the lower‑priced option naturally won’t provide the same coverage or flexibility as the 2‑hour tour

We wanted a chill experience with music, champagne and a good view and he accommodated us.
Out of the trip we think this was the highlight!

Booking with these guys was frustrating and such a headache. I had booked an hour for a certain time and they last minute change my time with no notice as well as communication to know the captain was just a headache. I won’t be going with them next time.

If a selected captain is unavailable, there may be adjustments to the start time. While we know this isn’t always ideal, it helps us guarantee that every tour is operated safely and in compliance with regulations.

My partner, friend and I were visiting Miami for my partner’s 28th birthday. I booked ahead of and it was seamless via Viator. In the days preceding, I happened to check WhatsApp and saw several to-dos ahead of our reservation. They were simple enough— selecting a captain and taking the Florida temporary boating license course— but I fear we wouldn’t have been able to get on the boat had I not coincidentally checked WhatsApp. I wish they were clearer about how they would be communicating final details. We rode with Rafael and his assistant whose name I unfortunately can’t remember and had an absolute BLAST. We brought our own champagne in addition to the one they offer as well as snacks. Both our captain and his assistant were fun, thoughtful, and engaging. Personally I couldn’t recommend them more! Strongly recommend booking during sunset.

Boat ride was great, but you do need to read the fine print. We don’t typically carry cash, needed an extra $50. You sign quite a bit of paperwork as you are actually chartering the boat. The captan was very nice, the views were amazing. We very much enjoyed getting out in the water!
