Your half-day, group tour of Miami will cover loads of ground, and water, and will introduce you to the key areas and most popular spots in town. You’d never be able to see this much of the city in a half-day if you organized it yourself, or learn as many facts about the area as you will from your guide.
The tour leaves hourly, so you have the flexibility to start when you like. You’ll easily meet your open-top bus on Lincoln road, and then get settled into your air-conditioned seat. You’ll see South Beach and downtown from the bus, then stop off at Little Havana where you can buy some refreshments, or cigars.
From here your guide will escort you to your tour boat, which also has food and drink available to purchase. You’ll pass several landmarks and hear all about them on your approximately 90 minute ride.
You can do some shopping at Bayside Market at the end, plus stop at another scenic spot for some photos.

The driver on the bus tour was superb at pointing out places to look at along the way. It was educational as well as entertaining. The boat tour was great! The staff was very good at pointing out points of interest. We had a good time! Glad we did it!!

The tours were both great, However!!! Be aware of the parking. Do NOT park in private lots. We spent almost $100!! Then realize that the bus may not show up at the correct return time. We waited on a return bus for over 30 minutes, and eventually took an uber which was another$30. We asked for a reimbursement of the uber and were denied. The employees could not get their story straight. It changed several times about what happened to the missing bus. Very disappointing to end our tour in this manner.

It's a very good experience to see Miami on a budget. I added the boat ride and made the trip a full day tour. You even have time to get a quick lunch on the tour.

Starting with the bus tour, the guide was nice but there is nothing much to see and explanation was minimal anyway, most in Spanish and we don’t speak Spanish. Then the boat cruise, we were dropped at the place 1 hour and half earlier then we wait for the boat cruise to board, they put all people in line and it was late to board and it was raining and no proper shaded place. On the way to the board the boat, we had to still wait because they were taking photos for each guest going, and when I said we don’t want to take a photo still he said we have to wait, instead of organizing it better and have two people to look at the tickets when entering not to make people wait in rain …
Not the best of experiences and certainly not worth the money…

Very poor experience. There was no parking anywhere to be found near the tour group. We called ahead and the parking advice did not exist. A man behind the counter offered to park our Tesla, but he never drove one. He couldn’t tell us where he was parking our car or how much it would be. Why we would let a total stranger park our car with no EV driving experience? Nothing to validate or confirm parking location? We had to forfeit our tour and were majorly disappointed as we drove all the way from Orlando. We would like a refund.

First of all, they should know where to park, I spent $120 on parking! Also, they should know that they will be spending 1 hr. In Little Havana. The website says that the bottom of the bus is air conditioned, that is not true! Be prepared if you come on a holiday, our tour took six hours due to holiday traffic and the bus not leaving the pick up area as scheduled. The driver & the narrator, Jojan were great!

It was great, pretty organized and well guided, sat upstairs on the double decker, so if you don't like the heat, stay downstairs. Be on time when they give you the time of meet up. I would say be there 10 minutes before or else they will take off.

First bus left us because we were 2 minutes late. Next bus was an hour later. Tour guide was funny for the most part and bilingual
Driver was careful and precise.
Not enough information given on where to meet the boat. Not alot of air circulating on the boat so was a little uncomfortable.
Tour boat guide/speaker was bilingual. Wish we had seen more houses and heard more history about the Bay.

Our expectations were based on previous tours with Viator and this one did not live up to previous experiences. It didn’t seem as if the guides had done their homework on the areas we visited. There was very little history shared about the Miami areas. I would skip the bus tour, enjoy the boat and lower expectations if you want history and or little known facts about Miami.
The boat tour was nice - there were some celebrity homes on the tour but not much about the islands - history or little known facts.

The bus tour was great, the guide was very knowledgable.
The boat tour was a disaster as we were on the boat for 40 minutes to be told there was a problem with the boat. We had wasted over 90 minutes waiting so we left.

If you are not fluent in Spanish don’t expect to learn anything from this tour.
As far as the boat tour, it was not advertised as a party boat but that’s what it was. We couldn’t understand what the tour guide said, even when she tried to speak English. Most customers were up dancing, drinking and just being irritating.

This was a nice hop on hop off tour. We decided to sit up top even though it had no cover like other tour buses we saw. The driver was very informative on the history of Miami which was nice. We went through South Beach and on Ocean Drive before we headed to Wynwood and Little Havana. We stopped at Little Havana for about 30 min to use the restroom and visit the local shops . From there we headed to Bayside where we caught the boat for our tour of celebrity homes. We did have a little trouble finding the dock so had to call their office for directions. The boat was located next to the Hard Rock Cafe . Overall it was a nice experience

The negative reviews made me nervous to book, but I’m really glad I did it anyways. Yes, the bus is a bit run down, but it got us from point and to point B. And the tour guide spoke mostly in English so it was great learned lots.
I will say, do take the boat tour as well, that was my family’s favourite part. Again a bit run down, but it’s okay. It was so much fun, and loooking at all the rich folks houses was really cool.
I would recommend!! Really glad we did it!

I don’t remember what the name of the guide was, he was that unforgettable. So rude, pushy and disrespectful and mind you the whole time he was showing us around he had a cigar or a smoke in his mouth. So arrogant and although the places we saw were great he turned the whole group off everything

The bus was old and unclean- windshield on top floor was smashed and taped up, blocking the view- staff in the main office were rude and unhelpful. Cruise was ok but the guide spoke poor English and was hard to unterstand,

I book this tour because i thìnk we should see Miami ìn land and sea, but when we already get line to the boat officer ask the tickets in paper we have not given tickets and we cannot get in. Your company didnot take care good for us. I was not happy

If the bus is late THEY WILL RUSH THE TOUR! This was my 2nd experience and I was pissed I wasted the time. It was nothing like the first time when the bus was on time.
