First off they never came to pick me up at our pick up spot couldn't get in touch with them , waited for 2 hours and then we saw a couple and they call there travel agent si they can get in touch with them , after all that we had to walk to another pick up spot to get on the bus , I just feel like we deserve a partial refund for this mess up , but the trip was ok , but once u get there your time goes by so fast and u only have time to do maybe I thing

Pick up instructions weren’t clear and I couldn’t reach the operator until an hour later. We waited for 1.5 hrs then left. Never had issues with Viator but this was not a great experience.

They were on time very professional ,clean bus. The seats are comfortable, the A/C works , they have charger ports as well. We enjoyed our bus trip from Miami to Key West, tour guide was very informative….

I don’t even know where to start talking about our horrible experience with these guys!
We booked an activity a month in advance, then they called us a few days before our date to tell us the activity was fully booked and that we would have to choose another activity. The replacement activity was more than a $100 price difference. They said they would issue a refund, but it has been more than a month. We have made several calls, and every time they tell us the refund is on the way but the manager has to approve it first. Still no refund.
Our trip on the bus was great. It was very cold for people traveling in swimsuits, but that’s okay. The pickup instructions were not very accurate since there are two places with the same name.
When we arrived, I had to keep reminding the guide that our activity had been rearranged about three times and kept asking if everything was confirmed. Then he called everyone for their activities except me and my friend. When we got to our activity area, we had to ask him again because he gave passes to everyone except us. He then said maybe we were booked with another company.
We walked around to the rest of the activities for about 20 minutes, and then he told us, “Wait here, I’m going to take these people to the last activity and then I’ll take you to yours.” We waited for 30 minutes. During that time, I received a confirmation message directly from the activity provider, so we called them to get directions. We barely made it there 5 minutes before it started.
HE FORGOT ABOUT US.
Anyways, not everything was ruined, but it definitely left a bittersweet feeling. Between the refund issue, the poor communication, and being forgotten at the activity site, the experience was way more stressful than it should have been.

The tour takes a long time since the distances are quite large. As expected, there is a lot of sun and heat, so it’s important to take precautions.
You can walk comfortably, but the distances between places are longer than I expected I thought everything would be closer together. Looking back, the one thing I didn’t do but think would be a good idea is paying for the hop-on hop-off tour.

Inn the beginning it started off hectic the bus we were supposed to get on told us there was no room and left us then when we called operator she told us that it’s was to many people who booked the tour so we had to wait for them to call another bus because they left

This is a whole day round trip. Coach ride is comfortable but tiring. One stop at a Mcdonald while going to the Keys. No stop on way back. Toilet on the bus is not very user friendly. So be prepared for the ride. The tour conductor was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions. Overall, a good way to visit the Florida Keys if you want to squeeze your stay in Miami.

This tour was extremely disappointing and poorly managed from start to finish.
The bus left Miami about 40 minutes late, which already disrupted the schedule. When I arrived in Key West and checked in at 12:10 PM, I was told the dolphin watch was from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. I was also required to return by 1:45 PM to check in, meaning I had less than 1.5 hours of usable time.
The tour advertised 6 hours in Key West with about 3 hours of free time, but in reality, I had almost no meaningful time to explore. The dolphin watch ended at 5:00 PM and the bus left at 5:45 PM. The main purpose of visiting Key West was completely lost due to poor scheduling.
The situation became worse when we returned to Miami. I was not dropped off at the original pickup location at Bayside Marketplace. Instead, I was dropped off at South Beach at night without proper notice and had to pay for an Uber to return.
This tour showed poor coordination, poor communication, and lack of customer care. I would not recommend this operator.

If you have an excursion that will take some of the time. Sorry if that was not explained better and i would check to see if the drop offs and pickups i will make sure i speak to my driver and guide to make sure this never happens again. Bus was an excellent choice to get to Key West. Guide/driver were top notch. Golf cart rental that was recommended was a good idea to get around the island on our own, but the rental place used was not the best. Cart was old, back firing, bald tires and needed repairs. It was in terrible condition—

This tour was good especially the time for arrival and departure was accurately.
The driver was good and the guide David was nice and speak in good English.
The tour bus is not spacious.

The pick up went well and tour guide was great. She provided history and great suggestions for additional excursions. The only issue was the bus during a short rain shower. Water started dripping on us and several other passengers. my boyfriend had a white shirt that had black moldy water drip marks and brown stains from the seat cushion. there were also other big water marks on ceiling. The driver was great.

The guide and bus driver were good. However, the bus was insanely cold due to the air conditioning being cranked to the maximum. After snorkeling and then sitting on the freezing bus, I ended up getting really sick.
I also noticed that buying excursions directly in Key West through Fury is much cheaper than purchasing them in advance—which is what I did. I requested a price adjustment after seeing the same excursions advertised elsewhere for significantly less, but they gave every excuse possible to avoid refunding the difference.
Because of this experience, I was very disappointed with Viator as a company. That said, the guide and bus driver were just doing their jobs, so this is not their fault. If I were to do it again, I would only buy the transportation and book excursions separately once in Key West.

The AC was so strong that my dad (70 years old) got really sick halfway of the trip and requested emergency stop to use the bathroom. The tour guide had absolutely no sympathy, she complained that we might delay the trip (which we did not), and didn’t checked even once if my dad was ok. Even the other passengers were worried about my dad’s condition and offered medicine and stuff. The company should train their employees how to provide better customer service. Also, the bus should have prepared emergency kits on board.

Some of the seats are broken. There is a huge urgency to get to the top of the bus. There is no line. The kind of seat you get depends on where the driver pulls through before boarding.

Time is tight! Your booking website should say clearly how long the activities take and the time frame of the activity. Our family took a key west tour with dolphins watching and snorkeling without knowing the activity frame and how long does it take. It ends up the activity will take three hours, and we only have total 5 hours free time in Key west for a one day trip tour. The activity really ruin our other activities! Hope any changes in future on your website for booking.
