The sites were beautiful from up there and I am so appreciative of the lady up there who was patient with me. I’m TERRIFIED of heights and had a small meltdown but she didn’t push, she walked away to give me space and once I stepped out she took the picture . I truly appreciate her kindness

Great experience we did at night views amazing venue eat before hand as restaurants close at 10pm
Everything well organised with Viator

Worthy to experience the view of Chicago is so beautiful to see. The photo gallery of Chicago is awesome.

Went on a weekday which was less crowded. The day was beautiful. Great way to see the city and three states.

Really good experience, starting with a build up on the history of Chicago, concluding with the skydeck
Shelley_P, Apr 2026
The view from the top is amazing. You get just enough time on the ledge for photos. The elevator ride up and down is quick. Parking around Willis Tower is expensive. We chose the first available garage and it was more for all day parking so 1 hour and 3 minutes cost us $48!!!!

This was scary yet adventerous! The view was spectacular! I am glad I did it and got it off of my bucket list.

The chat helper did an amazing spectacular job, booking for 80-85 people
Sending a separate link to each family to book and pay, that was the best part and I want to thank her very very much made our trip extra nice .

Such a cool experience! Love that they let you take your own pictures on the Ledge unlike a lot of other tourist spots out there. beautiful views from the top and the Chicago history stuff leading up to it was the perfect amount.
Aida_T, Apr 2026
That was one of the most incredible moments in my life,I recommend that to everyone, just be aware to not look down 😍🥰
Karen_R, Apr 2026
A fun, informative and interactive experience. Its nice learning about Chicago's history and some facts.
Going on the ledge was fun, although the time is short and quick, but there are queues and it keeps the queue moving.
We had good views from such a height, luckily it was a clear day so we could see far out.

In addition to the Skydeck, there is much to see and do in the first floor museum. This is much better than the John Hancock building experience!
Joanita_A, Apr 2026
It was really nice! We had the 9pm reservation and where a lil late to it and they still let us in 😊 I was afraid the wouldn’t but that wasn’t the point 🤗. First time doing something like this especially for someone that’s afraid of heights 😂. It was a fun time!!!!!!

It was too cloudy and we couldn’t even see out of the windows of the Willis Towers it was all white and overcast. Pointless to eve. Go up. Nobody warned us. Why is this place even open when there isn’t a way to see the skyline. We would’ve totally rescheduled if we could. Wasted over a hundred dollars on going up the elevator to see nothing.

Mike was an exceptional tour guide. Great personality. He made sure everyone was Safety educated and comfortable with the equipment. Thankyou for the enjoyable experience 😊😊

We loved having tickets in advance for the Sears Tower. I highly recommend picking a time that’s about a half an hour before the sun sets. It’s really beautiful to get pictures when the sun is setting over the city. You do have to wait in line a bit for sky deck, pictures, but it’s totally worth the wait. There is also a really great walking museum at the bottom that you do before you go up to the tower that provides you with a full history of the skyscrapers in Chicago. If you go during the day, there are a lot of great restaurants that you can have a meal at before or after the tour.

We booked through Viator, we showed up on time. They had shut the experience down due to wind! Go figure, shutting down an experience due to wind in the place called the Windy City. We went to their box office. No heads up. We were told upon arrival. The lady working the check in counter and the box office window were horribly rude. No help, no refund, no rescheduling. We were there with nothing else to do and out $175. So I contacted Viator to reschedule or refund and now I’m in a 72 hour run around. This is ridiculous. I held up my end. My family was in time and ready. We can’t control the weather either, we would gladly reschedule for tomorrow, but we are only in town 3 days. I have Walsh’s had good luck with Viator but this experience has made me think I probably will not use a 3rd party again. Bc the customer is not the main focus. We work hard for our money and I can’t just be out $175 bc wind. With no resolution.

Very niceeeeweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee i would come back again and recommend it to everyone
Rita_G, Mar 2026
It was an absolute blast. They let us in 30 minutes early. Everyone was polite and respectful. I will be going back
Marisela_D, Mar 2026
It was not really worth it they let you be on the ledge for like 90seconds and then rush you out. I definitely wouldn’t do it again save your money, maybe try Chicago 360
Ezra_P, Mar 2026
It's pricey for the experience in my opinion. They only give you 90 seconds for your turn in the the glass box to enjoy and take pictures. But it's something you gotta do when in Chicago.
Pia_A, Mar 2026
Something nice to do if you’re visiting Chicago, especially for first timers! The food court on the lobby of Willis tower has great restaurants you should try before you leave.
Tyler_S, Mar 2026
Terrible experience. Booked on the app. Went for my schedule time, it was cloudy so I rescheduled. I’m only here for 2days and it’s cloudy again when I go for rescheduled. They said they can’t give me a refund and can’t reschedule it again. Terrible customer service
Alexis_G, Mar 2026
It was such an amazing experience, very smooth process when getting our tickets scanned. And over all the view was incredible!
michelle_b, Feb 2026
Visiting Willis Tower was such a fun and interesting experience! The views from the Skydeck were absolutely incredible — you can see the entire city and even miles beyond on a clear day. Stepping out onto The Ledge was both thrilling and a little nerve-wracking, but totally worth it. It’s amazing to see Chicago from that perspective and learn a bit about the building’s history along the way. Definitely a must-visit spot if you’re in the city!
Kayce_M, Feb 2026
It was super fun to go to and see the whole city and more!!! Love all the facts and photo ops before getting to the sky deck itself
Nichole_R, Feb 2026
Wonderful pictures at night! Just don’t look down before you step on the deck! Absolute must see if you are in the city!
Maria_R, Feb 2026
Such a beautiful way to end our night! The views were SO SPECTACULAR! 🌃❤️ we got great photos, just be prepared with your poses and angles to capture those pictures lol
