Didn’t wait at all in line and there were many fun photo props! Once we made it to the Skydeck the views were immaculate.
Kevin_S, Aug 2026
Very cool museum-like tour to start that shares the history of Chicago and some of the top attractions in the city. The actual skydeck experience was better than anticipated and a surreal experience. Highly recommend!

The view is good from the 103rd floor, but this was my least favorite activity in Chicago, and way overpriced, in my opinion.
Jerelyn_K, Aug 2026
Good experience but scary for me. Taking pictures on the deck was different. I didn’t know I was afraid of heights, but I was queazy.

More than I expected! I never been to the Willis Tower but was blown away by the experience!!! There was a museum on the way to the Skydeck. I wish we had more time to take it all in but we were able to go back through the museum after our skydeck experience. The Skydeck itself was awe inspiring! We went in the ledge and you can actually go several times if you want!!! We took some pictures in the ledge which you are able to pick up after you’re done!!! All the buildings and cars literally look like toys you can pick up and move around !Great memories for my son and me!!

JJ was awesome and so informative. Even my kids loved the learning experience. We did 6:30pm tour and it was a great time for it.

The Skydeck was such an amazing experience! We went at 9:30 am on a Thursday, and there were no lines. The windows up top had such amazing views, even before you get into the box. There was also an amazing little museum on your way to the elevators to go up, and it was nice to read about all the building and Chicago. Would definitely recommend and do it again!
Janis_R, Aug 2026
Really nice view! The museum to the top was fun as well. They give you 90 seconds on the deck so get ready.
Micah_D, Aug 2026
The experience was amazing. I especially loved the photo opportunities leading up to the Skydeck itself!
Amanda_S, Aug 2026
Really neat experience. Full of information and the lines moved pretty quick and efficiently. Was very surprised at how many businesses were in the bottom of the building
Heather_G, Jul 2026
Wonderful experience however planning it for later in the day or early would help with the sun being it your eyes and lots of shadows in pictures, we went at 2pm.
Overall great time!

We had a great time. We went in the morning 10:30am not to crowded. Amazing views of the city!! The Hop On Hop Off Sightseeing tour bus stops in front.

You go through a metal detector. Cool history of Chicago before going in elevator. Smooth elevator ride up. Fantastic views.

Terry_A, Jul 2026
Breathtaking views. Beware the price to park at some of the parking garages. We was hit with a $61 charge.
SHERRY_T, Jul 2026

Kelly_K, Jul 2026
Go first thing in the morning or at sunset. Best time
Parking is very expensive
Was ok we were disappointed thinking we booked the 360. So be careful when booking as we didn’t get the one we really wanted to do. But the seats tower was still nice.
Todd_R, Jul 2026
The Skydeck was amazing with wonderful views of the City. The Ledge was fantastic and great picture opportunities, and the exhibits about the City before you went up were was really good too!

It was a great experience, and they did a great job moving people along after the 90 seconds. Will definitely tell my friends and family to try.
Anand_V, Jul 2026
You get 90 seconds on the ledge after grueling an hour wait- not worth it. The view from ledge is same that you can get from 360 Chicago. So if you have to chose one, chose 360 Chicago on northern side. Staff was friendly.
Ann_W, Jul 2026
Always a fun time. Book expedited tix if you can. Stop at the shop when you get off the elevator, that’s when we were to explore goodies. Leave your mark on the sequence wall and then get in line for the highlight of the visit. You’ll be directed to the return elevator after your window photos are taken.
Florence_G, Jul 2026
What an amazing experience it’s not just the views but also the walk thru to get to the main attractions. This one is worth it.
Marcia_B, Jul 2026
A very typical high building lookout opportunity. Timed entry. After scanning the tickets, one wanders through a pathway that discusses various aspects of the history of Chicago and the building. Stand in line to take the elevator up. Walk around all 4 sides and look out. View depends upon the weather. End up at the skywalk with 90 seconds to take pictures. Elevator back down and out.
Taipei was better...had a variety of fun picture posing opportunities on the top floor. More space on the top floor than Empire State Building.
Nick_M, Jul 2026
Great time, amazing view, will definitely come back. Book ahead wait time very minimal for the amount of people.
Teena_P, Jun 2026
Great experience and purchasing tickets was extremely easy through viator. Best way to save money and get tickets in advance.
David_N, Jun 2026
Very cool and informative museum of the history of Chicago that you get to experience before going to the top of the building. Great view of the entire city.
Darcella_C, Jun 2026
It is expensive and you only get 90 seconds in the window. You can get back in line but the line is longer to wait in than the time in the window. There are other windows to look out and take photos but not to stand on and look down. Overall fun but not worth $49 a person. Also if you want to get expedited through line that is an extra cost.
I recommend only go very early to avoid lines. Parking is also atrocious.

Fun and educational! The people working were super friendly! It’s an experience worth doing if you’re in Chicago!
