This is a great way to learn about the different architecture styles. Well narrated and lots of opportunities to take great photos as you are sitting out in the open. Don't forget sunscreen. Drinks and snacks can be purchased on the boat.

This was an absolutely great experience. We were in the Chicago area for a college tour and we decided to take this tour just to get some inside on the area and Courtney, who was the commentator for one of the tours. I believe it was the architectural tour was absolutely phenomenal. The tour itself was great, but she definitely put the icing on the cake.

I have been on this tour 3 different times now showing guests the beautiful city of Chicago when they come to visit me. This tour was a little bit different, where the guide was very controlling about when you could talk and when you couldn’t. Also telling you when to have your phone and take a picture and when to stand up and take a picture. It was uncomfortable to have a tour guide be so controlling over the experience we were having.

I did this tour last night with my husband and it was fantastic. I recommend going for the sunset option (for us this was around 6.45pm). The city architecture is stunning and our guide Sadie was phenomenal - funny, engaging and full of interesting information with a hint of dry wit! The ride was so smooth thanks to our captain and drink options were nice too.
Definitely recommend!
Be sure to layer up it gets real cold on the water!
