So~~~~ good
Please disinfect the snorkel with a good disinfectant instead of bleach, and it was very comfortable and nice to be on the deck in the shade because the boat has a roof. Thanks to the kind owner and crew members, it was enjoyable, and they even prepared ramen and snacks during the lunch break. I saw a lot of turtles too. It was a really fun time with the whole family. It was my first time in Hawaii, but I want to use this ship again.

Great way to get in the water in Hawaii with the family! Something for everyone! Jump off the top of the boat, slide down the big water slide, or just walk right in! The crew interacted with the kids and family! We even got to see a bunch of spinner dolphins!

Amazing tour
One of the highlights of our trip! Beautiful clear water with sweeping views of the mountains and small islands. We saw a monk seal mom and her pup on the island as well as a sea turtle while snorkeling. Mike made sure we felt safe and well taken care of during a sometimes strenuous paddle - 4 miles round trip —but was well worth the secluded beach on the island, wildlife sightings, and tour of the island led by Mike where we saw volcanic rock pools, baby birds, and native plants. Very informational and beautiful!

Staff is very helpful getting you set up for a great experience. There are multiple choices of places where you can kayak that cover all experience levels from beginning to advanced which is great. If you are new to ocean kayaking, be careful not to bite off more than you can chew. The ocean conditions can change quickly. We thought the location was beautiful and we hope to return again.

Michael was very pleasant and accommodating. We had 2 people in our party not able to participate in the kayak activities, and he refunded us for them.
Even though we didn’t receive our fins and snorkels which was a bummer, I still gave them 5 stars for the aloha spirit.

Worth it!
I would tell anyone that this is definitely a trip worth paying for! We got picked up at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and then traveled to the West Shore by bus for about an hour. You take your shoes off before getting on the boat and can sit either downstairs or upstairs. It’s a lot rockier upstairs so I suggest for those that get seasick to sit downstairs. You can see anything the crew spot from either levels. We were incredibly lucky and saw 2-3 pods of dolphins as soon as the boat left the dock. Once out in deep water, we saw quite a few pods again. We then went to the shallow waters for some snorkeling to see turtles and fish. No turtles for us but we did see a manta ray. The crew were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Minako. Words of caution - you need to know how or at least look up the basics on how we to snorkel before going on the trip. Even though the crew said they’d teach you, they don’t have a lot of time or are focused on other things. Minako was great in helping my 7 year old in the shallow water; he was so scared and nauseous during the trip he didn’t go into the water until she helped guide him to the floating mat. Travis was equally amazing by letting him go on the paddle board with him. All in all, well worth the time, money and seasickness!

Take this Excursion!
Wow..take this excursion! We had 12 adults in our group, all are 50’s - 60’s. When we visited Hawai’i they were having their bad storms Ryan had to find activities close to what I told him we would like to do, but places where the water was safe and no storms. Well, we had an absolute blast and saw so many sights! Since we had 12 people, they had to bring 2 cars which worked for us. We saw beautiful sights, swimming, ate at a local brewery and saw waterfalls. Thank you Ryan and Jeremy for a Perfect day in Hawai’i!!

Recommended‼️
At the end of February, I joined a kayak tour. The reservation day was cancelled at short notice due to the strong waves, but we were able to participate after changing it the next day!
The next day, the wind and waves were so strong that I was full of anxiety about whether I would make it to the island, but with the help of the guides, I was able to land. They also took photos while kayaking and exploring the island.
After kayaking, it was cold, but when I returned to the center, I had a hot drink, which helped.
We had a good pizza for lunch and enjoyed a lot of bodyboarding, cycling and snorkeling. There was just not enough time.
When I visit Hawaii again, I want to come back when the wind and waves are calm!
