Loved riding the bikes around DC was a great way to see a lot of the monuments! The pick up was easy and quick! The seats on the bike however were not very comfortable so be prepared for a sore behind!

Wow these bikes were so nice!!! I could not imagine walking through the national mall so my friends and I decided to get e-bikes instead. They were so friendly at the shop and the e-bikes were really easy to use. They gave us recommendations of a route and we loved the ride. We saw many monuments and it was the highlight of our trip.

Fun time in DC! Seeing all the monuments and sites and riding along the Potomac was a blast. Having a coffee and then lunch. Perfect day!

Bikes were not in the greatest condition. Very loud brakes scared pedestrians nearby.

Viator advertised an all day ebike tour. However, when we arrived at Unlimited Biking at 10am to pick up the bikes, Viator had reserved the bikes beginning at 2pm. The bike shop changed our reservation to manual bikes and 1 ebike. This was highly problematic since 2 of our riders recently had surgery. The bike employee assured us that the credit would be processed by the time we returned the bikes. Two bikes broke along the way. While repairing the chain on one, grease ruined my friends shirt. Of course no credit was issued upon our return. This process is said to take weeks to resolve because the bike shop won't issue a credit. It has to go through Viator.

Pedal assist bikes, not fully electric. The bike wasn’t in great shape and pretty banged up and things were broken. The guy didn’t know how to use the bike when we asked he was like uhh this button should do this and this one should do this I think. Also, not their fault but there were so many people out that we spent most of the time dodging the tourists or walking the bikes around crowds.

Trip advisor took my money for a junior operator of an e bike yet the law prohibits 16 and under. Ruined trip

1-late in getting bikes as they were busy with groups. 2- didn't explain they were not full electric bikes, but booster bikes (no problem, but it would have been good to know prior) 3-no water offered 4- no helmets offered (we had our own, but again...not fully service to explain everything) 5-experience...it was great but we ended up using less than 4 hours worth...could have saved some money...

They were very nice. The ride was amazing it was our first time in DC so to see the black lives matter and the White House amongst other historic building was amazing. Definitely will use again
