Lots of options and most of the options are a good value for money va biking it directly. Also booking the GoCity pass on Viator was super convenient and easy to add it to your go city app as well. Once you add the pass you just have to go to the attractions you want to go to and scan it. Some attractions need a reservation on the app so remember to do that before going to the location.

This review is more about GO CITY PASS and VIATOR, not the attractions themselves, which were great. HOWEVER, the passes didn't load through Viator, and barcodes didn't scan and at times it felt like I had been scammed. All the tour operators were helpful and still gave us access but it was frustrating. My suggestion would be to buy direct from the people that provide the pass and not the intermediary company (Viator).

Company is terrible will never use again!!! Buyer beware. They tell you one thing you are getting and then when you finally book they send you to another company and you don’t get what was advertised. Did a go city in Chicago and none of the times to do anything were available. We got nothing we were promised. When I called to talk to someone they said you had to call go city. Go city said they would cancel but viator wouldn’t cancel. Terrible experience!!!

Your skip the line was.bullcrap. Nobody knew what we were talking about when we presented our QR code had to wait in line at Willis Tower like everyone else. Nobody knew about the Navy Pier either had to catch a cab. We’ve used Viator several times but we won’t again. Complete waste of $168.00!!!!

I’m your agent prmissed me 3 attractions when I purchased the pass. But when I try to book ticket for those attractions those were not part of the pass. I didn’t utilize the service. I have already escalated. I am going to dispute the transaction. And it was a terrible conversation with your agent to refund the amount.
More trouble than it’s worth

We had nothing but problems from the second we purchase 2 3-attraction passes. The QR codes didn’t work and the link to download the PDF tickets also didn’t work. We called Go City who said they couldn’t help us and referred us to Viator. We contacted Viator and were told to contact Go City. We asked the Viator representative for a supervisor and were told they were all in a meeting and couldn’t help us. We asked Viator for a refund and they said they couldn’t offer one because it was less than 24 hours from the time of purchase even though none of the passes purchased through their service worked. After an hour of arguing with both Go City and Viator to try to get a resolution, we conferenced the 2 companies into a call to get them to work it out. We finally got the passes to work to go to the first attraction, but had problems getting into the next two attractions. At each location, we spent 30 minutes talking to attraction management trying to get the passes to work. It was more trouble than it was worth to save a few bucks.

Terrible one. I booked this and it was pain to use this. The chicago skydeck there is no option to choose timing and you have to go there and be in line to get a time assigned. More over hop on hop off was not covered too. I'll ask for a refund spoiled my families day.

I was really not happy about this. The Willis tower has a 10 up charge after so many people per day. Since you can’t get your tickets on line - I don’t think waisting time saved me in the end.
I booked this because place said hop on and off counted - and it didn’t.
If you are there multiple days maybe it can be worth it. I’m not sure the savings was worth the hassle.

We chose to use the select 2 attractions for 2 people. First off I was never able to book my attraction through Viator. I had to go directly to the attraction Skydeck and hope they had open space for us. Secondly when I went to try again to book my second attraction it said my pass was complete. I called customer service and she said it was okay, it only said that because our we completed our first attraction. I continue to try to book it and I can’t get to the email that has the QR code anymore. It gives me an error message now. I paid for 2 attractions for 2 people and was only able to complete one. I requested a refund for HALF, and was denied. NEVER AGAIN!!
