The tour to Niagara Falls was great. We really enjoyed exploring the Niagara shopping area; lots of fun little shops and great restaurants. Tractors did an amazing job as our tour guide. And our driver was able to expertly maneuver the Toronto streets in the big bus.

Comfortable way to get to Niagara Falls

The base rate includes only transport to Niagara Falls and a full day at your own pace unless you’d like to add excursions that are listed on the package. It included some vista stops along the way with a few hours at Niagara Falls proper. We opted for the full inclusion with the journey to the falls and the sky deck tower, our host Haroon was great. The views are beautiful, and the entire experience was very seamless and stress free. :)

Great time!

Don't leave Toronto without seeing Niagara Falls

Zoom Tours picked up at various locations in Toronto and en route to Niagara, making sure that all people on their list were present before leaving. The tour guide, Jonny, was very informative and funny and he gave clear instructions about where to get the best views, when to join the boat trip and where to meet for lunch (fantastic vista from the restaurant at the Sheraton Hotel). It was good that we were given freedom to wander, in between bus rides, and we did not have to traipse around after a tour guide holding up an umbrella or clipboard. And the bottom line is that the Horseshoe Falls at Niagara are positively mesmerising. A most enjoyable day.

I have used Viatour for several of our past trips and very pleased but I do have to say one thing of the tour guide Jason, he explained a lot along the way but he spoke too much about politics and religion, I think that the vacationers do not want to hear of it, they want to enjoy their trip that is getting away from it all.

Peter is a fantastic host. He kept us informed throughout the journey but also recognised our need for some quiet time. He was clear with his instructions on where to meet and what time and is genuinely a lovely person. He loves Canada and shared so many extra details. Today will be a great memory for years to come!

Our tour guide and driver, Van, was very informative and knowledgeable about the area. He was engaging, and treated everyone in the group like they were part of a ‘tour-family’ for the day. And what great Customer Service! I incorrectly read the rendezvous instructions and missed the first pick up. I called the number listed and Van was able to send me to a location that was still along the route, so I was able to join the group at a different point to join the tour. That was above and beyond! Van consistently shared interest points along the way, and was certain to instruct us about each activity, to be sure that we had the best possible experience. I will definitely use Viator again and will probably ask for Van to be our driver the next time!

First time visitor to Toronto from North Carolina, USA

Moose was very informative for a first time visitor to Toronto. It turned out to be just my husband and I on the tour and we told him the purpose of our trip was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary so he made sure to take pictures of us at different places. Moose told us that he was so sure that we enjoyed the tour that we would come back to Toronto to visit or even to live there. Great experience with an excellent tour guide...highly recommend!

Highly recommend!

The ride and the view was worth the price! The crew was super nice, the facility itself was nice and the atmosphere was full of excitement. The ride was of course quick but you can see the city in 7 minutes. The pilot didn’t speak with us ( a small amount of interaction would have been nice). They don’t allow you to take photos outside of the helicopter as they have someone taking professional photos that you must purchase after (expensive), just an fyi. But I deemed all of these things with it.
