What are people saying about San Antonio

Tom was one of the best...
Tom was one of the best tour guides I ever had. He gave clear instructions on how to find him at the beginning of the tour. He was organized and knowledgeable about the different missions we visited. I left with a better understanding of local history and culture.

Wow Great tour guide
Rene is 1 of a kind. He really knows his stuff about San Antonio. He shows great pride in his city. The tower was amazing. Great place to propose or recommit to your significant other. There is so much to see. Alamo brewery etc. Only downside unfortunately. Rene had no control of the situation. The CRUISE!!! The Captain was obnoxious. He straight up made a derogatory remark about people from UTAH. The people we was on tour with was from there. You could see the disgust and hurt in there faces. You could tell he didn't want to be there. Not a great ending. Rene did apologize for the captain. He went out of his way to try to make it right. I know you have no control over other companies. Why I definitely have to give Rene and his company a 5 star rating.

Tom was a fantastic...
Tom was a fantastic guide. He is so knowledgeable and a great story teller, and he has such reverence for the people whose history he is sharing. We loved seeing the various missions and learning a bit about why some had more success than others. It was great to learn a bit more about San Antonio and Texas history.

Delicious food and wonderful guide!
Maddie was great! Very comfortable sharing her knowledge with the group - especially since this tour was only the 3rd she had given! We found the information interesting and of course the food was delicious! We had Concha & Barbacoa Taco, a burger w lots of toppings, smoked turkey and sorbet - all sooo good! Definitely good choices! I wasn't disappointed however the listing states 6 tastings. We had more than enough food but I was expecting one more stop/food. In that respect, the cost was a bit high for what we got. The only other thing I would recommend for our guide would be to know/share a bit more about San Antonio food history. She did share some of her family history which made it personal and relatable but also a little more about San Antonio itself would have made it a tiny bit better. Overall though, we loved it!

The unique flavors of one of Texas’ more exciting hubs come alive on a San Antonio tour. This city—known for its iconic River Walk, the Alamo, and other outlying Missions—entices visitors with a delightful mix of Texas charm and international flair, which you can experience with an expert guide. Tour options range private boat cruises along the River Walk and haunted pub crawls, to authentic rodeo shows and day trips to Texas Hill Country, known for its wineries and German culture.
