Great service

I was concerned when I found out my flight was delayed almost 2 hours and of course the new EES delays at the border control. But , firstly I was contacted one before I departed US, who my driver was going to be and with all my concerns, I was assured that my flight was been monitored and should not worry. Sure enough, just as soon as I arrived my phone rang and it was my driver, Roberto checking on me. Told me not to worry, and even sent me a picture of him so as to know what he looks like. Patrick was amazing. One thing to know about visiting St Peters Basillica is there’s absolutely no way to skip the line because security is required whether you’re with a tour or doing it solo. So plan to wait at least 30 to 60 minutes in the security line in St Peter Square. However, I highly recommend this tour, not only for what you will learn inside the basilica, but also what you will learn while waiting in line in St Peter Square. I’m not sure how this is possible, but Patrick made the wait in the security line as interesting as the tour inside the basilica itself. Patrick was so knowledgeable and engaging. We learned so much about the history of the area, the Vatican, and the Popes. The line is inevitable, but the experience with Patrick while waiting in line actually enhanced tour.

Marco, our driver, was in contact several days before we arrived. His communication was excellent. We were communicating once we arrived at the airport, and I let him know the passport control line was ridiculously long. He assured us it was no problem, and gave us details in where to meet him. Once we got our bags and met our driver, we were able to sit back and relax! It was a stress-free way to end a very long 15 hours of travel. Yes, the train is less expensive, but this was so easy and relaxing that I would do it again.
