Definitely would recommend this service. Easy to book...they checked in the address prior to our time. Joseph was early and came to our door to make sure we met. We are older and he took care of all our luggage. He even shared some tour information as we passed historic spots. Thanks for making leaving our favorite place to visit less stressful.

We were caught in the middle of the air traffic control strike in Italy. Our flight was changed without notification after we checked in 24 hours in advance. We did not learn of the change until 12 hours before our flight. We could not reach anyone immediately to change our transport arrangement. By the time we were contacted, we were already asleep with no chance to move our ride to 4 AM. We had to take a taxi, losing out on our payment through this company.

We understand that the air traffic control strike in Italy was stressful and disrupted your travel plans. However, we must firmly clarify the facts, as your review does not accurately reflect what happened. Your original pre-booked pick-up was scheduled for 6:00 AM. You contacted us at 11:00 PM the night before—just hours before the service—requesting to be at the airport by 4:45 AM. Please understand that we are a scheduled private car service, not a 24/7 on-demand taxi dispatch. Our drivers operate on strictly planned schedules. Despite your extremely late notice, we went well out of our way to reply to you at 11:00 PM—long after our office hours, when we easily could have missed your late-night message. We immediately offered you a 5:00 AM pick-up, which was the absolute best we could do given the sudden change. You never bothered to reply to our offer. Even without your confirmation, we still dispatched our driver to your location for 5:00 AM to ensure you had a ride, only to find you had already left. It is entirely unfair to penalize our business for a flight change that had nothing to do with us, especially after we made every effort to accommodate your last-minute request late at night and even sent a driver without your confirmation.

Our driver was waiting...

Our driver was waiting for us when we came out of Arrivals & it was easy to find him. It was not until we came home from our vacation that I discovered a voice message from the driver indicating that he had already waited an hour for us & would only wait 10 more minutes before leaving. He made no mention of this when we found him. It took us quite a while to get off the plane, take the shuttle train to the area where we went through Customs & picked up our luggage. We provided our flight information when we booked so maybe there should be more time added to the pickup time so the driver isn't waiting longer than needed.
