⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Roman Cooking Experience! Our cooking class with Riccardo was one of the highlights of our time in Rome. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how passionate he is about Italian cooking and sharing his knowledge with others. There were eight of us in the class, creating a fun, interactive, and welcoming atmosphere. Under Riccardo’s guidance, we learned how to make homemade pasta from scratch, including ravioli, spaghetti, and fettuccine, along with delicious traditional sauces. He explained each step clearly and made the experience enjoyable for cooks of all skill levels. The setting was warm and inviting, with background music adding to the authentic Italian atmosphere. As we enjoyed the dishes we had prepared, everything was paired with delicious wines that complemented the meal perfectly. Riccardo’s enthusiasm, expertise, and love of Italian cuisine made this much more than a cooking class—it was a memorable cultural experience. We had an amazing time at this cooking class! Chef Jem was fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire experience both fun and informative. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and he did a great job guiding everyone through each step while sharing helpful tips along the way. We learned how to make authentic carbonara and cacio e pepe, and we also got to enjoy making three different types of spritz, which was a fun addition to the experience. Everything was hands-on, well organized, and easy to follow, regardless of skill level. This was one of the highlights of our time in Rome and a great way to experience Italian food and culture. We would absolutely recommend this class to anyone visiting the city!

Great experience while in Rome!

Our family of 4 including two teenage boys (age 15 and 17) attended the mosaic class in Rome and had a fantastic time! The instructors, Alex and Julia were the BEST! They were very experienced and knowledgeable, but also fun! We left with our own mosaics as a souvenir to always cherish. I highly recommend this experience if you are in Rome on vacation.

Leonardo was fabulous!! We booked this class super last minute as our original class was cancelled but I am so glad we got on to this course. Leo was really patient and made sure he walked us through the steps properly so we can make our fettuccine and tiramisu. I would 100% recommend this class!

Worth the Travel

We had a wonderful experience at a pizza and pasta making class in Rome/Laurentina and highly recommend it. While it does take a bit of travel to get there, it’s absolutely worth it and shouldn’t discourage anyone from going. The total travel time including Metro from Rome Center (Spanish Steps) and van drive is approximately 50 mins. The class was excellent—well organized and fun—and the instructor was knowledgeable and engaging. The food we made was fresh and delicious, and the complimentary wine and water were a great touch. The night was ended with Tiramisu and lemoncello! Overall, a memorable and worthwhile experience.

Loved this experience! Chef Francesco Was Amazing!

We had the most wonderful experience today at our cooking class! Chef Francesco was so impressive! He was genuinely so kind to our family and was so knowledgeable about the food we prepared. He broke everything down for us and encouraged us to try every part of the preparation! The kitchen was so nice and well organized! Plenty of space for our family of four! The food was so delicious and the variety was great. We cooked 3 different pastas and meat dish. We truly felt like this was the highlight of our trip to Rome! We all really enjoyed our time together! This is a must do experience and we are so happy we did it!! We totally recommend this experience to anyone!!

Fun and delicious cooking class in Rome!

Fun cooking class with an experienced teacher/chef. We made two kinds of pasta and tiramisu. Nice combination of hands on doing + cooking lesson by the teacher, followed by a lovely dinner. Sparkling wine to start and wine with dinner is included. David was an excellent and patient teacher with us and our table had a wonderful time chatting and getting to know each other (we were all Americans). Highly recommend! Our experience lasted from 5:30-8/8:30 ish.
