Great 90 minute out and back tour

Maya and Maddie were our guides and did a great job! The emails sent ahead of time prepped us for the parking situation in the neighborhood (get there early or you won't find street parking and lots are full, its a popular beach). The shop had lockers you could rent for $8 to leave valuables behind, and had last minute items you might have forgotten like sunglasses holders/water bags/cell phone case etc. Was a short walk down to the beach, we lucked out with weather and waves were fine navigating in a tandem kayak. Loved learning about the sea life below where we were kayaking as well as the real estate on the coast. Both guides were really knowledgeable with little bits of info on the eco-system, cliffs, animals etc. We saw sea lions, Garabaldis under the kayaks and lots of birds, caves were cool to paddle in and out of. Was surprised to see SO many people snorkeling, we'd consider doing that next time. Everything was great and felt seamless -- thanks for an awesome tour! Highly recommend if you're not from the area like us.

Our 5 kids (ages 12-19) had the best time and went from never touching a surf board to riding the waves multiple times. The guides were so positive, made it fun even for a couple of our more cautious surfers and offered constant support throughout the time. We would definitely book with this company again.

Roxanna was the tour...

Roxanna was the tour guide and she did a wonderful job she was very patient in helping with all aspects of the tour. I would recommend going earlier in the morning as the water is a little bit clearer first thing in the morning and starts to get a little murkier later in the day so the earlier you go the better for sure. But there were a lot of wonderful sea creatures to be seen. So be sure to bring the waterproof cameras so you can take pictures and videos of all the sea life you will see from your tour.

Yesterday was my first time kayaking, and it was such an amazing experience! We spent two hours on the ocean, and every minute was so much fun. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to our instructor, who was so kind, patient, and enthusiastic. He guided us all the way out to the ocean, explained everything clearly, and made me feel safe and confident even though it was my first time. He also had such a great personality and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate how much effort he put into making sure everyone had a great time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable kayaking adventure. I will definitely come back!

I loved everything about this experience! From the ease of the reservation to the return of equipment it was a perfect day! The associates at check in were upbeat and friendly, as were the associates fitting us with the required equipment. Our guides were friendly, well educated to the surroundings and the nature of the ocean, as well as a bit comical! I was thrilled to go into a cave, even spotted a sea lion taking a siesta on a ledge in the early afternoon. I would definitely recommend this excursion and will go again next time I am in La Jolla! Our tour guide was named John, he was friendly, funny, gave us a lot of info about the team, the park, the city. He was very easy to talk to. He made the tour fun. Check in with super easy. If you are visiting from out of town and staying in that area, it’s super simple just to walk to the park. I came from Phoenix, when I left it was 105 outside and in San Diego, it was 70° so the change in weather was amazing. I would highly recommend taking a tour of the ballpark

Wonderful Experience

Coming from the coast of New England my wife and I enjoyed the marine wildlife and architecture of La Jolla. Very different than the east coast. Without the bike tour we would not have experienced the architecture. The views of the coast were magnificent. I must give a big shout out to our guide Chase. He was very informative and patient with us tourist with all our questions. The bikes were very easy to manage and the electric assistance on the hills came in handy. We had the best time sailing with Captain Doyle! He was very knowledgeable and informative during the experience. He also made sure that apart from having a good time that we had a safe time. We were lucky enough to see cruise ships leave and enter the area along with a sailboat race while the water and weather was perfection! It really is beautiful being out on the water when the sun is going down. Highly recommend this experience!
