Hands down the best tour ( thank you Gregg) we’ve ever taken ! Gregg hit all the highlights of Acadia Park and Cadillac Mountain . We would have never found ( and parked!) the different areas he guided us through . Great commentary and the perfect lunch ( lobster rolls 🦞🦞) after the tour . Great option for travelers with mobility restrictions! Due to health issues, we were unable to hike any of the trails. This tour was a really fun way to experience the park and know what was worth getting out of the car for and where exactly to do it. We were able to see the highlights in a very manageable way on our own schedule. We truly enjoyed the narration and learned a lot about the history of the park in the process. Once the tour was downloaded it was very easy to use and, because it shows you exactly where you are in relation to the narration markers, we could be certain that it was working and we weren’t missing anything. 10/10!

Four hour Acadia national park private tour

Pete was superb in every way! Friendly, patient, excellent with our two children (12 and 18), and of course encyclopedic knowledge of Acadia nation park and the surrounding area. His car was showroom clean with not even a single smudge on amy of the window glass. My wife and I travel extensively with our children and use local guides at almost every city we visit and Pete may be the single best we’re used in years. With recommendations for specific foods like popovers and blueberry pie, including following up after the tour to check in on us. He is a consummate professional and really appreciated the use of amplified speaker setup for all of us the hear with clarity and small parting gifts for the kids. It was our first time to Acadia national park and would definitely use Pete again for a more in depth tour and highly recommend without any reservations.

Perfect Way to see Acadia

Heather, our tour guide/bus driver, was great! She was personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about Acadia. She gave a wonderful tour of the park's highlights. Her narration was well-received by all on our tour, and she gave us plenty of time to explore at each stop. We highly recommend this for anyone who would like to experience the beauty of Acadia without worrying about things like reservations for Cadillac Mountain (unless you really want to try to see the sunrise!) and navigating the park by yourself (although it doesn't seem difficult). It was great to hear information you wouldn't otherwise learn about on your own.

If you’re visiting Acadia, do yourself a favor and book a tour with Asher. This was, without question, the best tour—and Asher was the best tour guide—we’ve ever experienced. From our 10-year-old to our 75-year-old, every member of our family was completely engaged from start to finish. Asher has an incredible gift for storytelling, bringing the history, geology, wildlife, and culture of Acadia to life in a way that’s both educational and entertaining. Asher’s passion for the park is contagious, and their depth of knowledge is truly impressive. Beyond the amazing stories and information, the entire experience was flawlessly organized. Every stop, every transition, and every detail was thoughtfully planned, making the day completely stress-free. It was logistical perfection, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful places in the country. We’ve been on many tours over the years, and this one set a new standard. Great guided tour featuring highlights within Acadia National Park, such as Cadillac Mountain, etc. Bus driver/tour guide Rick is wealthy in knowledge as well as fun personality! He knows everything there is to know about the immediate and surrounding area, and his easygoing, fun-loving demeanor makes his ongoing commentary a joy to take in. This 2-1/2 hr tour strikes the perfect balance between offering detail(s) with a reasonable pace. Fantastic.
