Tickets seem to sell out...
Tickets seem to sell out ahead of time, so book ahead! Clean facilities, friendly staff, the views are great! Just be aware that there's more than likely going to be annoying tourists that will horde the best viewing spots. I, a solo traveler, was minding my business just enjoying the view, but I was pushed around and bumped multiple times by families of tourists who were dying to take selfies.

Darn darn darn
Employees are snobby and the ticket counter girl was absolute disinterested in her job unless it was us whom she didn’t care about. Our reservation was at 2 pm. She shouldn’t show up at 1:59 to start issuing tickets. My birthday girls experience was a deflated balloon because of the employee visitor interaction. Clean area and bathrooms. Expensive parking. And overall a C+
We will pass on this next time
