Best Decision EVER!!

Donna_T, Dec 2025
The price of Dallas CityPass and our experience were outstanding. Did not have enough time to complete our tours, but we did get our money's worth with the museums we did visit. We are more than pleased!

Strongly recommend

Adrianne_G, May 2025
Perfect for a solo traveler. I was in Dallas for just a weekend and was trying to find things to do and to maximize my time there. This was great! I had a plan to go to Fort Worth but the weather was bad, so I got this last minute and was super pleased with it. I will recommend!

Waste of money

Imani_M, Feb 2025

#city blast vacation blast#

Babatope_A, Jun 2024
The Dallas zoo did afford my kids to see life animals of the wild they've only seen on TV. The reunion tower was equally a blast. The fun unending . We love it.

Eclipse and city sites.

kathryn_c, Apr 2024
Had a great time using the city pass to see the sites while also enjoying the amazing eclipse! The picks for places to go were excellent!

Easy to redeem

Emma_E, Apr 2024
City pass was perfect! It packed our weekend with tons of fun activities and each location made it super easy to redeem and have fun activities! The price was amazing as well.

Loved the Holocaust museum

MARY_G, Jul 2023
Holocaust museum was very powerful, it is extremely well put together with enough interactive options and change up of viewing possibilities that the kids in there didn’t seem to be bored and we’re not causing a distraction. We had only adults in our group. The museum’s layout and progression are not linear but by region and made a much more clear picture of the events. Plan for at least half a day to see it well. The reunion geo deck was a disappointment but then I had been up there when the restaurant rotated so it’s just not the same. Haven’t used the other tickets yet. I like these passes because they save you money but give you options

City Pass is the way to go

Margaret_T, Jun 2023
Traveling with Family to Dallas, Texas and wish to see a few sites, buying a City Pass will save you money. You won't be disappointed.

Easy and cheaper than other cites.

Maria_B, May 2023
A reunión tower was the best!! You get to explore the entire city. What espectacular view, get a free photo and browse in a digital plataforma what activities you can participate.

What a VIEW

Summer_S, Apr 2023
The view of the city was phenomenal!! I would totally recommend this if you are in Dallas! The elevator to the top was fast and the employees were friendly!

Won't be falling for this again

Shelby_N, Mar 2023
Most places made you reserve tickets on line, but I couldn't do that with CityPASS. When I tried to purchase tickets where I was going, they told me that my CityPass had been used the max. number of times when in reality I was trying to use it for the first time.

Dallas Trip

Micheal_P, Nov 2022
Saved a lot of money with Citypass. All transactions were smooth. Hassle free process. All attraction options were great.

Great Value and Tons of Fun!

Laura_L, Jul 2022
We had a great time exploring Dallas with the CityPASS! We were hesitant about the zoo because of the heat, but they had plenty of shade and lots of misters to keep you cool! We also loved the Dinosaur exhibits at the zoo and Perot Museum.

Fun in Dallas

Jennifer_M, Jun 2022
The Perot Museum was amazing!! Sad the Reunion tower only had one floor open. I was looking forward to the second floor the most but it’s closed for renovations.

Family time in Dallas

Beverly_K, Jun 2022
Had business trip in Dallas so family went and we finished the week there. Didn’t do everything we could due to heat and time but what we did was fun.

A great trip to Dallas!

Aimee_J, Mar 2022
We enjoyed the Perot Museum and Holocaust Memorial Center. We are going to the Dallas Zoo and Reunion Tower today.

Beautiful family trip

Fabiola_R, Mar 2022
We had a great experience, the city pass is very easy to use. We didn’t have any problems using it. We took full advantage visiting the Perlot museum, the Goerge W. Bush museum. (The library is not open to the public) this was a little bit disappointing. We also visited the memorial tower and the zoo. I would totally recommend the city pass if you would like to save time in line and some cash.. ;)

Evelyn_C, Mar 2022
Very nice fun place for kids and family. It’s interactive, fun and educational. Amazing place. I will definitely come again.

Do NOT waste your money!

Heidi_C, Mar 2021
WARNING... do not book this! You will not be able to attend any of these options as reservations are required due to Covid and you can’t do it online so you pay for an Uber to get there and then the sign on the door says full for today! Only was able to go to the geo tower. The Perot museum had a 4 hr wait and I had to pay extra to get into an extra exhibit to attend the rest of the museum Was such a waste of money Zoo was a joke after driving there and not being able to get in. Bush museum has been completely closed for a year! Don’t buy this pass unless you enjoy wasting money. I tried to get a partial refund and they were not willing to!

Citypass not guaranteed

Samirali_M, Mar 2021
Citypass didn't work at sixth floor museum. Wit citypass you are not guaranteed admission. If museums are sold out then you can exchange tickets for later day. For tourist exchange ticket for later day is worth nothing.

Dan_R, Feb 2018
I'm a big believer in CityPass for any city that has them. If you've never been to a particular city before this is the most cost-effective way to explore and really see some interesting things without paying a lot of money. We enjoyed many of the included attractions didn't get to do them all but did almost 3/4 of them and really got to see a lot of Dallas in a very efficient and cost-effective way. I would recommend this if it's your first time in the city and love to explore like I do!

Beware! The tickets in the citypass...

LaTasha S, Jul 2017
Beware! The tickets in the citypass book DO NOT get you automatically into the venue. Everywhere we read, did not prepare us for that. You must stand in line that everyone else is in to get an entrance ticket to each venue you visit. The only one that offered front of the line service was Dealey Plaza thank you but be sure to get there early as scheduled tours do book up quickly. We were there at 2 and couldn't get in until 4:00. It was nice to save a few dollars with a package deal, but that is all it gets you. We visited the Bush Library, Dealey Plaza, Perot Museum and Reunion Tower. All were very interesting to experience and we are glad we did it, but disappointed in what the citypass offered us.

I wish I had one more day to be able to go one more place on my Dallas CityPASS! I loved the 6th Story Museum the best, but the Perot Museum of Nature and Science and Reunion Tower were awesome, as well.

GREGORY G, Sep 2016
We went to the George Bush Library, Perot Science Museum, Reunion Tower, and JFK Museum. The Perot Science Museum was a huge disappointment. Many of the interactive displays were non or partially functional. The movie we saw was stupid per our children ages 6, 9 and 10.

Linda W, Aug 2016
Great! It was easy to use and we did a lot of sightseeing. It was HOT as the blazes, but all in all FUN. Thanks. The Perot Museum was great fun for our grandson and us, we flew like and eagle and picked some bones! The Tower was fantastic for my husband and I, we had dinner and drinks and looked out over the city really beautiful. The zoo was too hot to really enjoy, but I know if the weather was cooler, we would have had a wonderful time.

Debra M, Jul 2016
Really enjoyed the Arboretum, the zoo and the Science and Nature Museum. The tower was okay, but would have like to have seen the 6th floor museum at Delaney Bldg. which we could have had the option switched the tower with that JFK museum instead of the zoo or JFK. Otherwise everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable at all of the attractions and we enjoyed our stay.

We were able to do everything we wanted in Dallas plus a little extra we were not expecting to see too - definitely worth getting this. We feel we have really done the destination fully helped by having these passes.

Alexa L, Mar 2016
The Perot museum was amazing and we spent hours there. The Dealey Plaza museum was incredible and was something that really made the whole trip. You will love it especially if you are a history buff. Dallas is an extremely appealing city and the Geo tower enabled us to get a great view of it as we were sitting in the Wolfgang Puck restaurant.
