Fabulous experience. Chef Massimo was extremely professional and thorough from start to finish. Very enjoyable. With his guidance and knowledge our group produced an extraordinary lunch with the freshest of ingredients. Would highly recommend Chef Massimo’s cooking class for anyone visiting Taormina .

What a wonderful food tour! Alfredo was an entertaining, knowledgeable, and personable guide who shared fascinating stories about Sicily’s history and culture throughout the experience. Our tour included just one other couple, which made it feel relaxed and personal. We enjoyed so much delicious food and wine and had a fantastic time from start to finish. A wonderful way to experience Sicily and definitely a highlight of our trip!

Catania was a stop on our cruise and we decided to look outside the excursions and go with this tour listed on Viator. We met Allegra a few minutes earlier than our scheduled tour time in a very easy to find area. She was very friendly and provided information on what the tour would entail. She was very knowledgeable and at each stop she had a connection that got us a great seat and service. The markets were fun to walk through and the food very authentic to the region and delicious. Would definitely recommend this tour and thank you Allegra!

This was such a great experience. Our chef/instructor took us through the nearby market, and then we made a few delicious dishes. He was a great leader, and we all had a lot of fun making pasta, arancini and cannoli. Don't expect to prepare everything from scratch--Italian cuisine takes a lot of time to prepare, so we got a head start with many things (e.g. the pasta dough was prepared in advance, as was the ragout for the arancini and the filling for the cannoli), so you're only doing a few steps in the process. That was fine for us, but it was a little different from some of the other cooking classes I've taken in other countries. The facility is air conditioned, which was very appreciated on a hot Sicilian summer day.

This was truly a one in a lifetime experience. Everything about this was amazing and I couldn’t be more happy! We left we so much knowledge and had so much fun! We learned so much and our host was one of a kind. He made us feel at home and like we were family!

Had the best time doing this as my first cooking class! It was a smaller group about 7 of us and I loved having the experience in the restaurant among diners. It made it more fun! Pizza and pasta were excellent. Compared to other cooking classes that can be double the price, I thought this was a great value.

Come hungry! Amazing experience preparing 4 different dishes! Amazing value with plenty of wine and food we were able to take home more pasta to enjoy the next day for lunch. We made 7+ different kinds of pasta! Chef Mamma and Vittorio were very supportive.

We had the mayor of Palermo as our guide. Sorry I mean Barbara. All I can say is wow. Barbara not only knows every vendor and all of the hidden gems of the city but knows the history of the neighborhoods. It wasn’t the boring tour you see other folks on, she makes it fun and you could honestly spend the whole day with her walking around and meeting her friends. If you going to do a tour in Palermo, this is the one.
