This was one of the best cooking classes I’ve been on. The hosts were fantastic—warm, engaging, and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming.
The food and wine were both excellent, and there was more than enough of everything, so it never felt rushed or limited. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere—the hosts and the group together made it a genuinely fun and memorable experience.
I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a high-quality, enjoyable cooking class.

This tour provided a delicious sampling of traditional Sicilian street food and a few wines. Our guide led us along main walkways and down side streets I might not have explored on my own. She provided an interesting summary of the food, sights, and history of Taormina and the surrounding area. I highly recommend this tour.
We had the best time, ate beautiful food and learned how to make pasta, capanata and swordfish dish - it was fantastic. We met lovely people for the first time from other countries. Chef Mimmo and his beautiful family were excellent hosts and teachers. We loved it. Thank you!
We took the class that begin with market tour and it was nice. Chef Mimmo was very nice and explained everything well . The food we made was good, and made vegetarian dish instead of the fish.
Wine and water along the all time. The location is infront of the sea, and we had enough time to eat what we made and get time to know the group. Recommended!
Our favorite cooking class EVER. The host family was just wonderful. All preparations were delicious and the atmosphere at the sea was lovely! Such an enjoyable experience!
This was so much fun to do while in Taormina! We first saw the market where all of the fresh vegetables & ingredients are sold. We then took a car down to the restaurant where we learned how to make fresh pasta in all different shapes, delicious traditional dishes like capponata, and pasta alla Norma and delicious chicken with chef Vittorio & Mama Francesca! They were the best & so much fun! We learned so much!! Food was delicious and we had so much of it. Definitely a fun experience to try while in beautiful Taormina :)

This cooking class with Chef Mimmo was an unforgettable part of our trip to Italy. We had so much fun and genuinely learned a new skill - making fresh pasta. The meal our group created together was one of the best we had in our 2 1/2 weeks in Italy. We cooked, we laughed, we ate. What could be better?
What a fantastic experience. Authentic cooking, a wonderful Sicilian family restaurant with authentic cooking experiences, tips, flavours, and lots of fun! Our meal and wine were delicious! The location of the restaurant on the sea was beautiful. We felt welcomed and enjoyed the whole experience. Was a fantastic way to meet and chat with some other wonderful travellers from around the world too!
Wow, wow, wow! This was, by far, the best cooking experience we have ever booked. Mimmo, Little Chef and Mamma were just incredible hosts. Best meal we had in Sicily too! Wish we could give 6 stars!
Wow ! What an amazing experience, wonderful Sicilian menu, Chef Mimmo was amazing , his Mama Francesca was so helpful and such a great person , Vittorio and Mahmud were amazing , easy to follow along and the final products were delicious, would highly recommend!!!!!

Wonderful experience from start to finish, was pleasantly surprised how much fun my husband and I had! We learned real techniques and recipes, as well as how to pick certain ingredients and how to prepare them to maximize flavor and time. Watching Mama Chef hand craft the pasta and then getting to try the techniques she taught- beautiful experience! Thank you to all!
This class was so much fun! We brought our daughter to Italy to experience the cuisine and this was the perfect class for it. They kept us entertained with cooking and eating and we learned so much! The food was amazing of course, and we were stuffed when we left. I would highly recommend taking this class… the chefs were so friendly and made our experience great.
This was a fantastic experience from finding out about the produce in the local market to cooking our Italian lunch. We found everyone to be really friendly and we learnt a lot about making pasta which we look forward to practising at home. We also enjoyed the unlimited wine!

It is a great experience, from getting ingredients at the market, to preparing a 4 course meal and finally eating it , with wine of course! Chef Mimmo does a wonderful job with his staff instructing our group throughout the process. Very charming and entertaining as well . We loved it!
The family was wonderful and food amazing! This heads on class taught us how to make a variety of pasta shapes and sauces as well as local fish. Very practical recipes so we are all excited to try them at home!

It begins before you even tie on an apron — a wander through a traditional market where you learn not just what goes into Sicilian cooking, but why. Then comes the kitchen, where the Mimmos bring an unscripted, generous joy to hosting that has been perfected over countless generations of welcoming guests from every corner of the world.
This was one of our favourite activities in Sicily. Wonderful atmosphere so much fun. So generous with time food & wine incredible. Sicilian hospitality at its best!
From our meeting point, we walked to a little market and sampled some of the fresh veggies we would be cooking with, then were driven in a van down to the Chef's place on the beach. This is a family run business and they were all so warm and welcoming! The cooking class was run seamlessly with excellent breaks and explanations throughout. We absolutely loved making the various pasta shapes! Also, the swordfish we made was one of the best things we had while in Sicily. Great group and just an exceptional experience!
