This was one of the best cooking classes I’ve been on. The hosts were fantastic—warm, engaging, and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming.
The food and wine were both excellent, and there was more than enough of everything, so it never felt rushed or limited. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere—the hosts and the group together made it a genuinely fun and memorable experience.
I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a high-quality, enjoyable cooking class.

Wow, wow, wow! This was, by far, the best cooking experience we have ever booked. Mimmo, Little Chef and Mamma were just incredible hosts. Best meal we had in Sicily too! Wish we could give 6 stars!

Wow ! What an amazing experience, wonderful Sicilian menu, Chef Mimmo was amazing , his Mama Francesca was so helpful and such a great person , Vittorio and Mahmud were amazing , easy to follow along and the final products were delicious, would highly recommend!!!!!

Wonderful experience from start to finish, was pleasantly surprised how much fun my husband and I had! We learned real techniques and recipes, as well as how to pick certain ingredients and how to prepare them to maximize flavor and time. Watching Mama Chef hand craft the pasta and then getting to try the techniques she taught- beautiful experience! Thank you to all!

This class was so much fun! We brought our daughter to Italy to experience the cuisine and this was the perfect class for it. They kept us entertained with cooking and eating and we learned so much! The food was amazing of course, and we were stuffed when we left. I would highly recommend taking this class… the chefs were so friendly and made our experience great.

This was a fantastic experience from finding out about the produce in the local market to cooking our Italian lunch. We found everyone to be really friendly and we learnt a lot about making pasta which we look forward to practising at home. We also enjoyed the unlimited wine!

It is a great experience, from getting ingredients at the market, to preparing a 4 course meal and finally eating it , with wine of course! Chef Mimmo does a wonderful job with his staff instructing our group throughout the process. Very charming and entertaining as well . We loved it!

From our meeting point, we walked to a little market and sampled some of the fresh veggies we would be cooking with, then were driven in a van down to the Chef's place on the beach. This is a family run business and they were all so warm and welcoming! The cooking class was run seamlessly with excellent breaks and explanations throughout. We absolutely loved making the various pasta shapes! Also, the swordfish we made was one of the best things we had while in Sicily. Great group and just an exceptional experience!

We had the most incredible time at the Seaview Cooking Class with Chef Mimmo—this was easily one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, the setting alone took our breath away. Cooking with that stunning view of the sea felt like something out of a movie.
Chef Mimmo was absolutely fantastic—warm, welcoming, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire experience feel relaxed and fun, while still teaching us authentic Sicilian techniques and flavors. You can tell how passionate he is about his craft, and it made everything we prepared taste even better.
The food… WOW. Every course was fresh, flavorful, and truly representative of the region. And the wine flowing throughout the experience? Let’s just say it perfectly complemented every bite and made the afternoon even more enjoyable!
This wasn’t just a cooking class—it felt like being welcomed into someone’s home for an amazing meal with friends. If you’re in Taormina, this is an absolute must-do. We left full, happy, and already wishing we could do it all over again.

From beginning to end it was an amazing experience. We were picked up by the chef, visited the local market to pick up our lunch ingredients. Once we got to the ocean front kitchen it was evident this was going to be an amazing experience. We made everything from scratch and then enjoyed a family style Italian dinner of what we prepared. Friends were made and emails ex changed to possible get together again. Chef Mimmo and his family treated us like family and it was an experience of a lifetime. Don’t miss it.

My wife and I did this cooking class on our honeymoon. It was such a great experience and we cooked the best food. We highly recommend this class to everyone. From his dad driving, his family members teaching you how to cook it was a true Italian family experience.

My wife and I took this class in 2017 and liked it so much we rebooked it again in 2025 for our entire family. Mimmo and Mamma were wonderful instructors on how to make an authentic Sicilian dish. Our adult family members were overjoyed at the taste and intimacy of the class. We highly recommend this experience.

My husband and I took this cooking class with our son and his wife.
It was a fabulous experience.
The meeting place was easy to find. We were picked up promptly and went to a market where we learned about the different vegetables used to make Italian cuisine.
After the market we went to the beautiful restaurant where we met Chef Mimmo and his family.
We learned how to make different pastas and a fish dish. It was a hands on experience and it was so much fun. Everyone was so nice and helpful. After we made our delicious meal we ate outside next to the sea. There was plenty of wine to go with our meal.
From start to finish it was an amazing experience.

Loved the hands on experience of making multiple kinds of pasta. So much fun and we can’t wait to do this as a holiday activity. It went over time by almost an hour and a 5 hr day was quite a lot, but well worth it. Chef Mimmo and his mom and helpers were all very authentic and passionate about what they do. Much more interesting than a making pizza class.
