What an amazing adventure! Mauricio and Jesus were so kind and helpful. Mauricio really knew his history and culture inside out and was so excited to share it all with us. Of course Chichen Itza, the main attraction was the highlight but there was so much more to love on this tour. The Cenote Ik Kil is magical and perfect in the hot summer Yucatán. I highly recommend this tour!

Great tour. Definitely recommend it. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Driver was good too. The van was very comfortable. The time spent in each stop was enough to enjoy it all calmly. The lunch was very nice.

The tour was great. Chichen Itza is a must see, the buffet for lunch had some of the best cochinita pibil I've had in the Yucatán and Izamel is an awesome town. Mauricio our guide was great too. He was friendly and knowledgeable about all of the local history and culture.

12 hours may seem like a long time to be on a tour, but it flew by. Anel, our guide, was terrific. She was knowledgeable and informative. And when someone asked a question, she knew the answer. Chichén Itzá was fantastic. As a bonus, Anel took a small group of us to see El Observatorio. The cenote was a welcome and refreshing break. The tour was fantastic. And a shout out to Roberto, our driver. So helpful!

We really enjoyed the tour with Anel and Roberto. Anel was really knowledgeable and kept us all well informed on where to meet etc.
The tour of Chichen Itza itself was good, and the archeological area is quite big so our free time went very quickly.
The cenote was great, if a little busy, but that's to be expected. There wasn't any waiting around, everything was ran really efficiently.
Lunch is a buffet and you can go up multiple times if you want, so good value. Izamal as the final stop was a nice way to finish, with another Mayan ruin that you can even climb.

An incredible experience visiting Chichén Itzá and exploring the ruins. Mauricio was patient, knowledgeable, and shared plenty of useful insights throughout the day.
Lunch was buffet-style, though the staff served the food based on what you selected. It was enjoyable for what it was.
The cenote was a highlight—the swim was refreshing and well worth it. Izamal, however, could have been skipped. By that point, it had been a long day and most of us were ready to head back to the hotel.

Overall a great experience ! Our driver and tour guide were dependable and courteous. Seeing all of these sights in one day really helps save a lot of time to enjoy the rest of our itinerary. Keep in mind, it is a really long day so self-evaluate your stamina for this type of tour. And don’t underestimate the heat; the umbrellas we packed were definitely lifesavers. The food at the hacienda wasn’t anything particularly exciting but the buffet was satisfying enough so no complaints there. We opted out of going into the cenote but it was nice to visit; they let you go down part way through to take pictures. The Izamal portion seemed like sort of an afterthought but it really is a picturesque town and one of the main reasons we booked the tour; unfortunately the day we went the convent closed before our town arrived.

Great trip, timings are well planned & it’s excellent value for money. Saul and Jonny were very helpful.
We were able to buy bottles of water etc to keep cool in an ice box in the van & it just made it such an easy experience.

What an amazing time. Pictures will never compare to seeing the sites in person. Saul was a great tour guide and was always there with answers, information and advice. Diego, our driver, was very courteous and drove like he was hauling his family. The food was plentiful and very tasty. If there was one cautionary note, when they say 12 hours, they mean 12 hours. This is a long tour and if the weather is warm it can be very taxing on those not used to such excursions. That said it was an amazing experience and not only do I recommend it but I would do it again.

Our guide, Pedro, was very experienced and provided lots of info. He was very patient and encouraged questions. The pyramid site was incredible and the Cenote swim was amazing! The buffet lunch was satisfying and the grounds were beautiful.

AMAZING!! Worth every peso for the experience. Yes, it’s all day, but it’s not all day walking, lots of rest between locations. Michelle our guide is articulate, extremely knowledgeable, funny and very helpful!! Jose our driver was amazing!

We had a great experience on Jan 21 at Chichen Itza. The bus driver Diego and our tour guide were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the your guide's name, but she was terrific. Her bilingual narration was clear and totally understandable. I was quite impressed!
She oriented us to the important directions: North, as we explored the site, was easily found by the front face of the main pyramid. West was to the right face of North face. West easily led to the gathering place in the parking area.
I learned a lot at the other structures on the site, and enjoyed the Ball Court hieroglyphs with her explanations of the game and outcomes!
The ONLY difficulty I had was due to my and my son's heights. We are both slightly above average at 6'2" tall. The legroom was not adequate. If the drive out was less than 2-3 hours, I could have handled it better.
I'm any event, my son and I thoroughly enjoyed this interesting and memorable trip!

We got just over 2 hours at Chichen Itza and about 90 mins at the Cenote which was plenty for both. Plus a stop at Izmal on way back. Friendly guide (Victor) and driver (Jorge) Very good buffet lunch.

This tour was AWESOME. We had such an amazing time. It was our first guided tour like this, so we didn’t quite know what to expect, but it ended up being one of our favourite excursions in years and we travel a lot.
We did have a bit of trouble with timing at a few stops, mostly because the return times weren’t always very clear and it was hard to hear announcements or the stories, especially in busy places like the pyramids where there were a lot of other tour groups and guides speaking at the same time. A small improvement would be clearer time reminders and the guide speaking up a bit more. That said, everything still ran smoothly and we never felt stressed.
The seats in the back of the van are definitely on the smaller side, we’re very tall, but we managed just fine. If you want the best seats, I’d recommend booking the first pickup spot and arriving early.
Our guide Michelle was fantastic, and I wish I remembered our driver’s name because our daughter absolutely loved him. They both did an amazing job keeping everyone safe, organized, and on schedule while also watching over everyone’s belongings. One thing that isn’t mentioned anywhere... bring cash to tip both your guide and driver. They really earn it.
The cenote was hands-down my favourite part of the tour... absolutely magical. Izamal was also beautiful and charming, and it was awesome to actually be able to climb a pyramid there, which was such a unique experience.
The only thing I would have changed is having a bit more time at the main pyramids and slightly less time in Izamal. Not because Izamal wasn’t lovely... it was, but by that point we were pretty tired, and an extra 30 minutes at the pyramids would have let us explore more and do a bit more shopping.
The lunch was fine. I just wish it had been more traditional Mexican food, as it felt more geared toward American tastes... but it did the job and gave us the energy we needed to keep going. Definitely bring extra snacks and water because it gets HOT.
Overall, this tour was absolutely worth the money, especially if you don’t want to deal with renting a car, parking, navigating, or paying for all those things separately. Everything was handled for us, and we could just relax and enjoy the experience.
Highly recommend! We would do it again in a heartbeat!

The chichen itza tour in itself was nice, but couldn’t hear the guide properly due to no microphone and the chaos at the site. Additionally the guide was trying to speak Spanish and English translating almost each sentence and it was so hard to keep up. The groups should be divided by English speaking and Spanish speakers. The Cenote was nice but didn’t get enough time, by the time we changed we stayed in the water for like 10 mins. Lunch was great. Izamal was nice but everything was closing early (Monday) if they had told us that, we would have skipped it.
