We had a great deal of fun making the pasta. Although it was a big group it worked really well and the team running it used their knowledge and experience well. We learnt a great deal about how to make pasta and also how not to make pasta! The setting was really lovely, the food was fun to make and good to eat. Highly recommended

We have been to Italy many times but have never done this experience. Lovely visit from of the farm and cows, great demo on the cheese making and finish with a cheese Board way to much for us finish and small bottle of rose. Delicious!! And there 2 dogs Mia and Billy were very sweet and stayed with us the entire tour. Grazie Mille

This was a fantastic event at the home of the family that were very skilled and knowledgeable of the making of pasta process. From the beginning, individually we began with flour, mixing water and kneading and rolling it. From there we rolled it to be long and straight then cut into small sections where we flattened it, turned it inside out to form singular orecchiette pasta. At the table, several people in the group did this to have a large quantity. From there, Enza (the beautiful hostess) boiled water to prepare the pasta. Another pan had basil with olive oil and other spices and on another burner was the fresh sauce which was made with their freshly grown tomatoes. On the property in a garden all the vegetables were grown including olive trees, tomatoes even lemon trees and the basil in a garden onsite. The event was very personable with a family feel, everyone having constant interaction with Antonio and Enza (host and hostess) very nice wine and limoncello were served and a desert of a pie with blackberry jam to create a relaxing mood with added pleasant music, fans at poolside and even a precious Yellow Labrador dog to create a very comfortable setting. This was a hands down great event that my wife and I would very much encourage and recommend all to attend. Bravo !!❤️🇮🇹💯
