This was such a wonderful experience. We loved Annamaria, we learned how to make orrechiette and so much more. I’ve made myself friselle every day since coming home. My 10 year old daughter also loved it. Thank you!!
Daniela our chef was incredibly engaging and knowledgeable. We learned how to make focaccia and rolled out many shapes of pasta, and enjoyed great wine and limoncello. Fantastico!
We had a great time. The cooking was doable but we learned as part of making the pasta. The company was very pleasant and Anna Maria was a great host. This was also well located, right on the main strip in Polignano, and easy to find.

It was a fun evening learning some history and top tips to make and cook pasta. Our host was a lovely lady full of stories and passion for local food. The only disappointment is that no copies of recipes are sent out afterwards so please ensure you take notes.

Danielo was fantastic! We learned to make cavatelli & orecchiette. It was hands-on, fun, and very informative. I didn’t find past reviews accurate in that it was very easy to find. 2 hours. Lunch and wine included. A great time!

There was a different teacher that night. That pasta making was fun, but we never made the tiramisu…

Great experience, with excellent explanations, good guidance and a very tasty end result at a very nice location.
What a beautiful experience for our family vacation! Anna Maria was fabulous, welcoming, and knowledgeable! We can't wait to cook orecchiette when we're back home!
Difficult location to find. My apple map could not show location and we were in the wrong area. Finally got near where they were, and a nice lady came out to find us and brought us to the class. The chef was friendly and efficient

We loved the intimate hands on experience of making pasta in a polignano home. Such fun for the whole family.
Anna Marie was fabulous! She gave us some history and had a great sense of humor making it so much fun. We laughed until we cried.
Making the orrchiette was more challenging than I thought but Anna Marie was right there to help. And the meal and wine were delicious! I highly recommend this experience.

Great and original experience with really lovely host Ana Maria. Lots of good advices and nice fun for whole family. We also enjoyed being in this experience with one more family, lots od sharing and good laugther. We would warmly recommend also as this one was fairly priced vs some other which went even double up. We had chance to try good local wine and ficcacia.
Instructif mais peu de chose réalisé soit même (la pâte est déjà faite, la sauce aussi…)
Pas de réalisation de dessert (alors que c’est dans le descriptif de l’annonce)
On mange dans des assiettes en plastique…pas top pour des pâtes maison et vu le prix de l’atelier
Was für ein Riesenspaß und endlich können wir selber Pasta machen! Annamaria war eine großartige Lehrerin, die uns Pasta beigebracht hat und nebenbei alle Fragen beantwortet, das Kochen in der kleinen Gruppe hat richtig viel Spaß gemacht - wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!
