There were 8 people on the course, it was very interesting and fun. The whole concept was thoughtfully put together and the mixture of drinks with a huge tray of olives, dried tomatoes etc., was an excellent start. The pasta making was fun and then sitting all together to enjoy the pasta and sauces Enza had made the whole experience one to remember.

Enza and Antonio are warm and welcoming people with a beautiful home in which we were invitet to create a magnificent dinner. All the fruit and vegetables com from their garden and all of what they gave us to try was handmade and local. We left the evening with full bellys and a lot of recommendations for places to buy food and wine.
We would 100% do this class again!

My partner and I had an absolutely fantastic time at the pasta cooking class during our trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived, our hosts made us feel incredibly welcome, their warmth and passion for Italian cuisine were contagious. The class was not only informative but also so much fun, filled with laughter, delicious aromas, and hands-on learning. We loved how interactive it was, and the relaxed atmosphere made it easy to connect with the rest of the group. It felt less like a class and more like a joyful gathering of friends sharing a love for food and culture.

This will become one of the best highlights of our vacation in Italy. The hosts were so accommodating, gracious, and prepared. We had the best time getting to know the hosts and the other couples from all over the world in attendance. The hosts made my husband's birthday very special! Taking a pasta-making class with Antonio and Enzo in Lecce was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and enthusiasm made us feel completely at home. They not only shared their expertise in traditional pasta-making but also infused the entire experience with humor, history, and genuine passion for Puglian cuisine.
Rolling, shaping, and cooking pasta by hand with their guidance felt both educational and fun, and I walked away with skills I’ll be able to use in my own kitchen. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet full of energy—like cooking with family. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, from the quality ingredients to the final tasting of our dishes, which turned out absolutely delicious.
I cannot recommend this class highly enough. If you’re in Lecce and want an authentic cultural experience that connects food, tradition, and people, book a class with Antonio and Enzo. It’s a memory I’ll cherish forever—10/10!

We had such a wonderful experience at this cooking class in Puglia! Enza and her husband were so kind and welcoming they truly made us feel like part of their family, like we were right at home. We learned how to make orecchiette and maccheroni, and it was so much fun to get hands-on with the pasta. Tasting what we made afterwards was such a treat, it was absolutely delicious!
One of the highlights was meeting and connecting with people from different parts of the world, all brought together by our love for pasta. I honestly didn’t want the class to end and wished it was longer. This was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puglia.

Wow, this experience has been a highlight of our 2+ weeks in Italy! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming to our diverse group, including my family of 4 with two teen girls. Their home and patio are lovely - and the sunset backdrop as we feasted on delicious aperitifs and aperol spritz was magical. Afterwards, we learned to make two different types of pasta from scratch - each at our own pasta making station. Afterwards, we all sat down at a large table for hours enjoying the pasta dishes, wine, dessert and lively conversation. Our group of 13 didn't want the night to end!! Our hosts truly treat you like extended family. Grazie mil!!! Don't hesitate to book this cooking class and unique dinner experience.

Antonio and Enza are wonderful hosts! They made this experience so much fun and entertaining, and its definitely one that we'll never forget. We started off with Aperol Spritz, while nibbling on a large charcuterie board of fresh appetizers made by the hosts (everything we made/ate was grown/made by them). Once the group completed the apps, we started with our pasta making class (orichiette, and maceroni). We ended off with Enza's fresh blueberry crostatta, and homemade limoncello and limoncello cream. The even suprised us with a little video of our group that they made, and sent us the recipe's we did the following day so we can make it at home! By the end of the night we felt like family, there was so much laughter, and we got along with our group so well, which made it really difficult to leave. This was the best cooking class we have ever taken! I would definetely come back again! Highly recommend!

Enza and her husband Antonio could not have been more gracious hosts. Wonderful experience full of laughter, wonderful conversation and terrific food.
We also had the pleasure of meeting one of their daughters who was equally sweet, and a great teacher of the pasta making process.
Having booked cooking classes as team building activities in the past this was not that. You are clearly welcomed guests at their home. The atmosphere was warm, cozy and full of laughter. It felt less like a class and more like an evening spent with family!

We had an absolutely lovely evening here. We got it as a surprise for my Mum's birthday and went as a family and it was great. Their home is lovely, they were so welcoming, and the food was great! It was nice getting to learn to make the pasta, but then they did a lot of the rest of the preparation so you could sit back and relax and enjoy! They had lots of nice drink options, and we had a great time with the other people that booked for that evening too from all different countries. They also helped us to organise a taxi from our accomadation which we were very grateful for! We all loved it and had a great time, would definitely recommend.
