Don’t miss this experience

This was one of my favourite experiences, a bucket list item fulfilled. The walk in the vineyard was informative, the setting -beautiful and dinner and wine was so lovely. We met people from all over the world. I’ll never forget the night. When we booked this, I tried to book accommodation here but they were full so I booked closeby. The hosts at the wine tasting offer a shuttle service for a fee-well worth it so no drinking/driving. They also offered blankets while we were at the table as it was a cool night. I highly recommend this experience

We loved our evening at Juanita's! It was such a fun experience, the food served was excellent as well as the dishes we prepared. The apartment is lovely, and so is the host! We had a great deal of fun making the pasta. Although it was a big group it worked really well and the team running it used their knowledge and experience well. We learnt a great deal about how to make pasta and also how not to make pasta! The setting was really lovely, the food was fun to make and good to eat. Highly recommended

Highly recommend-Fun and delicious experience

We have been to Italy many times but have never done this experience. Lovely visit from of the farm and cows, great demo on the cheese making and finish with a cheese Board way to much for us finish and small bottle of rose. Delicious!! And there 2 dogs Mia and Billy were very sweet and stayed with us the entire tour. Grazie Mille

🇮🇹Cooking Class

This was a fantastic event at the home of the family that were very skilled and knowledgeable of the making of pasta process. From the beginning, individually we began with flour, mixing water and kneading and rolling it. From there we rolled it to be long and straight then cut into small sections where we flattened it, turned it inside out to form singular orecchiette pasta. At the table, several people in the group did this to have a large quantity. From there, Enza (the beautiful hostess) boiled water to prepare the pasta. Another pan had basil with olive oil and other spices and on another burner was the fresh sauce which was made with their freshly grown tomatoes. On the property in a garden all the vegetables were grown including olive trees, tomatoes even lemon trees and the basil in a garden onsite. The event was very personable with a family feel, everyone having constant interaction with Antonio and Enza (host and hostess) very nice wine and limoncello were served and a desert of a pie with blackberry jam to create a relaxing mood with added pleasant music, fans at poolside and even a precious Yellow Labrador dog to create a very comfortable setting. This was a hands down great event that my wife and I would very much encourage and recommend all to attend. Bravo !!❤️🇮🇹💯

La dolce vita making orrichiette with Rosaria

We had a wonderful moment with Rosaria who was a great techer and person. It was like beeing in her home cooking with her. We learned a lot more than preparing orrichette. It was a plunge in italian culture. Loved it! My 12 year old son also loved the experience. We look forward to making pasta back home and remember this part of our trip.

This was an AMAZING and memorable experience, from start to finish. There was nothing more authentic than being able to put together an entire home cooked meal with Cesarina Lucrezia. Her and her partner were wonderful hosts...the best! The food was incredible and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it if you are in the Puglia area!

Best way to try Puglia wine without going to a winery

This was a fun tasting in the old town part of Lecce in a restaurant/wine bar. Our guide was the owner of the place and had very good knowledge of the wines that are made in Puglia. We tasted 4, a white, a rose, and the 2 reds. They were all great and the food pairings were good.

Informative and Fun Cheese Tour

As well as seeing the cows and petting the calves, it was interesting to see the milking parlour ans fridges before the display in the dairy and getting to hand mold some mozzarella. It was informative, fun and the aperitivo was very good. There is a small shop there too with lovely local products including the cheese made on-site.

Great tour to Lecce with Nadia!

It was a great introduction to Lecce! Nadia was a wonderful guide and shared the perfect amount of history and architecture about the city. They were light snacks but filled us up, so something to keep in mind with timing / dinner plans. Would recommend to others wanting to explore the city!

This was absolutely one...

This was absolutely one of the best boating excursions I have had an opportunity to experience. Daniele and Vittoria were so professional and hardworking and fun. You could tell they enjoyed what they do and they do an amazing job. The boat and the views were gorgeous and the food and beverages provided were delicious. Highly recommend if you want some amazing views of Polignano a Mare and as Daniele said, a “refreshing” dip in the Adriatic.

Delicious wines in a charming setting

If you go here in the beginning of April, dress warmly! Host supplied blankets for all, but it was quite cold. Temperature aside, the host was engaging and entertaining. The vineyard is set in an idyllic area and the building is an absolutely charming trulli house. The wines were very good..along with the champagne. Snacks were provided between each tasting, and they were all made on site. The whole experience was a delight and the ride to get to the vineyard was beautiful through the countryside. I highly recommend this experience, but dress warmly!
