Katia was great at being in close contact with us so we arrived easily with very clear information.
It was also lovely meeting Katia’s partner, her son and mum 😃 we chatted for hours!
Lunch was fantastic - we never expected to have such a wonderful time!

Worst experience ever. I got confirmation for class today. I booked a hotel room for this class. No one is here they told they canceled, but I have confirmation today -

Francesca was amazing! She is obviously very experienced and knows what she is doing. She is also very patient. My friend injured herself and needed 3 stitches. Totally her own fault but Francesca and her daughter drove us to the hospital, served as interpreters and then insisted we come back and have lunch!! She and her 3 daughters spent extra time with us and made the experience a great one! I would definitely take another class with her—assuming she’s willing to take us on again!
Amazing experience! Highly highly recommend. The food was amazing to cook and eat but the experience with the family made it even more special.
There was a booking error so we missed our original class scheduled in Lecce, but I’m kind of glad that happened because we just had the best time. Mimma and Ciro in Brindisi were so gracious and friendly and we had a great time learning to cook some local dishes and having great conversations. 100% would recommend.

Pierangela was a great host. I’m very inexperienced at cooking, so she had to show me some of the (very) basics. If you had told me I’d make pasta by hand in my life I would not have believed you. The pasta meal and tiramisu tested excellent (due to both of our efforts) and the appetizer spread she provided was perfect.
We had an amazing time with Giuseppe, she welcomed us into her place with great paintings and lovely decor. We made two pastas and had dinner with a fantastic appetiser. Highly recommend!

Katia and her family are wonderful. We had the most amazing day. The pasta making was fun and the lunch fabulous. We were made to feel so welcome and felt like part of the family. There was a mix up with the location and Katia and her husband actually came and picked us up. I would recommend everyone visiting Lecce do this tour !
The cost of this experience was astronomical for what we got‼️Francesca was lovely 👍There was limited hands on experience with sauces. And actual cooking. Would have enjoyed a family style experience of eating with a family.

Fresh ingredients, very comfortable, fun & authentic experience cooking local pasta dishes with Francesca and her daughters. I will recommend this to all my friends. I learnt that Cesarine is an organisation for local, authentic italian cooks; learn from the best!
Great experience on our 21st wedding anniversary!!! Pierangela and their husband welcomed us into their lovely home with great cooking techniques, good chat, and beautiful flavours, proving that cooking from scratch can be pleasant, relaxing, and finally delicious.
It's difficult to say what we loved the most; the bruschetta was AMAZING, the calzone a happy surprise, and we were proud of eating orecchiette made by us. Oh, wait, the creamy and light tiramisu was the cherry on top.

this cooking class was amazing! the rosas were so welcoming and fun. we cooked two delicious pastas and a yummy tiramisu.
We had a great time with Pierangela as she taught us how to make tiramisu and fresh pasta, orecchiette and cavatelli, in her home. She had prepared some delicious aperitivo for us to enjoy during the lesson along with some nice local red wine. We were also able to practice speaking some Italian with Pierangela during our time with her. We eventually ate the pasta and tiramisu that we prepared and everything was delicious. Well done Pierangela, you taught us well. Thanks!

Wonderful cooking experience in Puglia! Pierangela and her sister-in-law were fantastic. We learned about the art of making pasta in Puglia and the importance of this being passed down to the younger generations. Pierangela’s home was lovely and her sister-in-law was very helpful translating. My mom, friend, and I thought it was one of the highlights of our trip. And, when I left a bag at Pierangela’s home, she was able to areange for me to pick it up in Lecce later that day.
Amazing experience! Matilde was awesome and it was such a cool and authentic experience in her home. We learned so much and everything was delicious! I highly recommend doing this!!
We ventured 15 minutes out of Lecce to the this beautifully stunning villa to be greated by lovely Carlo and Matilde.
Over the next couple hours or so we were guided through making a selection of different pasta as well as the seriously good tiramisu, Matilde was very polite and supportive though out. She also took some great in action pictures for us.
Followed up by a tour of the grounds and lunch! Highly recommend, seriously tasty and fresh food, using authentic methods, run by two lovely people.
We loved our cooking class wirh Carlo and Giusy at their lovely home. We learned how to make pasta, parmigana and tiramisu. Carlo and Giusy are wonderful teachers. We had a great, fun evening!
We were warmly welcomed to our cooking class, held in a lovely old country home. All the ingredients were from the garden. We made tagliatelle, risotto, zucchini appetizer and tiramisu. Our hosts were lovely and taught us many new cooking tricks. The food was served as our dinner and was delicious. Many thanks for a lovely time!

Amazing experience! Matilde was great in providing direction and making pasta making less daunting. The food was delicious despite our imperfect pasta shapes. Was an engaging and fun experience in a beautiful villa. There's a generous table of food that would satisfy even those with ample appetites.
