Rosie was so well informed our tour was like a window into the history and culture of Lecce from the baroque architecture and its ancient past to the food we tasted everything was lovely.

Our guide, Antonella, really knows Lecce! We were fortunate enough to take her small group food and walking tour. But being early March, we were the only ones on the tour. But even if we were a full group, we would appreciate her in depth history of why Lecce looks like it does - a sparkling city full of magnificent palazzos. And, of course, fine food as well. From Roman times to current times, we were enthralled by her depth of knowledge. Top rating!

This tour with our guide, Antonella, was excellent from start to finish. She was so knowledgable and willing to answer our many questions about the city. Very friendly, and it was all so informative. Food was excellent & it was lovely to see the shops in the area too. Portion sizes are exceptional. The tour was excellent value for money and a real eye opener to the history of Lecce. Antonella was a fabulous guide for our food and landmark and history tour around Lecce this evening. Really couldn't ask for a better guide, as she is so well-versed in the city, its landmarks, and its history. Mona gave us a fantastic introduction to the history and art and food of Lecce. Very informative and fun. And we tasted some delicious street foods. We highly recommend it. Only downside was the heat - the tour didn't start until 11:00 and it was a hot and humid day, so it was a little uncomfortable towards the end. We suggest the tour start at an earlier time making it more comfortable for the tour guide and the attendees!

Excellent informative tour and food tasting in Lecce with Antonella! She provided lots of detail about the city's history, architecture and culture and was knowledgeable about other subject matters when we asked questions. The food sampled comprised 3 savoury tasters and 2 sweet, with generous portions at each stop which gave us a great selection of local cuisine. Our tour guide provided a great historical overview of Lecce. The food stops were typical and not super impressive compared to another food tour we took in Bari for the same price. We appreciated that the guide called and helped us when we were at the wrong meeting point.
