We had the most incredible experience at our cooking class in Lecce last night. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcome and at ease. Lisa and Fabio were the perfect hosts — warm, hospitable, and so passionate about sharing their love and knowledge of traditional Italian cooking.
We learned so much throughout the evening, not just about the recipes, but also the cultural significance behind them. Their approach was hands-on, informative, and above all, fun! It truly felt like cooking with old friends.
A special mention must go to Joy, their beautiful 9-month-old retriever, who brought an extra dose of charm and happiness to the evening. He was the sweetest addition to an already perfect atmosphere.
The entire experience was filled with laughter, delicious food, and genuine connection. It was a night we’ll always remember — and we’re already hoping to return for another class in the future.

This was one of our favorite experience during our time in Italy! Lisa and Fabio were the perfect hosts and teachers. We drank wine and had delicious homemade appetizers on their patio and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them! The pasta making was a blast; and the taste-amazing! They shared the recipes so we look forward to hosting our own party when home! Thank you Lisa and Fabio! We wish you and your family the best!

Very kind hosts who picked us up and brought us to their home for the cooking experience. Our group made 2 different pastas over the course of the evening, with great direction from Lisa and Fabio and we had so many laughs.
A full culinary event, we were served beautiful antipasti, our own pasta in 2 different sauces and a delicious dessert, with wine served with each course.
It was a great way to spend an evening and meet fellow travellers and exchange stories.
Our hosts couldn’t have been kinder.

What an Authentic and wonderful pasta making experience in Fabio and Lisa’s home, where we not only made the pasta but Lisa cooked it beautifully using local ingredients and recipes (which she shared!! ), and we sat and enjoyed it together with marvellous wine. Lisa & Fabio – 35 years together 😍 – welcomed us in their beautiful home and garden. From just semola and water we learned to hand-make orecchiette and macaroni. Lisa spoiled us with unforgettable homemade bites, Fabio poured amazing wine, and we enjoyed a long dinner under the stars. Joy 🦮 was just as happy we were there.
This pasta making class is an absolute must if you are in for an authentic Puglian experience.

We had a fun experience with lisa and Fabio. They welcomed us to their home and taught us how to make fresh pasta. The couple made us feel like family. It was lots of fun and we ended the night with a nice bottle of Veno 🍷and our pasta that we made along with a delicious dessert made personally by lisa. We learned a lot. Hopefully we will return again in the future

We've taken several Cooking classes in Italy and most of them don't eat the meal with you. You just make pasta and you just eat with others in the class. This class is so wonderful because Lisa and Fabio enjoy the meal with you! They show you how to make the pasta while they are making the pasta too. While the sauces are simmering, we enjoyed snacks and wine with them. It was a wonderful evening! Highly recommend!!
