Tickets to Trullo Sovrano cost €2.50 per person, but most visitors explore this historic house-turned-museum as part of a walking tour of Alberobello along with other highlights of the UNESCO–listed old town. Trullo Sovrano has five rooms furnished in the style of a traditional “trullo” dwelling from centuries past. Visitors can tour the main hall, dining room, main kitchen and pantry, and secondary kitchen, plus a bedroom on the upper level. There is also a small garden surrounding the dwelling.

This historic trullo home does not have timed tickets, so the peak midday hours can be very crowded inside the small historic rooms. Visit in the early morning or late afternoon to explore without the bus tour groups. The house museum is open daily, but it closes briefly over the lunch hour.

This historic trullo building is partially accessible to wheelchairs via entrance ramps on the ground floor. The upper floor bedroom can only be reached by stairs, so it is not accessible to wheelchairs or visitors with limited mobility. The outdoor garden area also has steps and is only partially accessible.
