What are people saying about Martha's Vineyard

Craig was a fantastic...
Craig was a fantastic guide. He was in communication with us before we arrived so he knew the ferry was dropping us off at a different terminal than was the original pick up point. Had a great and informative 3 hour tour of the entire island. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Craig was very friendly and we hope to see him in Myrtle Beach for a visit.

Best decision for first timers
Throughly enjoyed this tour and our driver/guide! The drive was very comfy, and our guide did an excellent job of highlighting the island’s rich history, culture, and landmarks while making us laugh and letting us relax. It was our first time at MV and we wanted an easy way to lay a foundation before we enjoying the rest of our day on the island.

Great rime on Martha’s Vineyard!
Wonderful experience! Never enough time.. Our guide provided information on every point of interest. His knowledge of the island and its inhabitants brought the tour to life. Wish we could have spent more time touring and experiencing the island. Can’t wait to come back.

Good But Not Impressed
The vehicle was a standard minivan - not a luxury van at all by most standards. There was just enough room for 5 people assuming no walker or wheelchair. We booked the two-hour tour for 5 adults. One was my 91-year-old mother who uses a walker. Luckily the 5th person made other plans or there wouldn’t have been room for the walker. The driver noted he had expensive electronic equipment in the storage area. Our guide was knowledgeable about the general history of island. He shared a few interesting facts during our tour of Vineyard Haven and Edgartown. However he seemed clueless about the history of African Americans on the island with the only exception being to point out the road leading to the Obamas’ house. Overall I would rate the tour a 6 out of 10.

Martha’s Vineyard’s population of 25,000 residents balloons up to around 200,000 every summer. The island’s scenery, seafood, and sunsets have cemented its reputation as the idyllic summer destination. Martha’s Vineyard tours will make you feel like a local in no time. Whether they were born on the island or adopted it as their new home, expert guides take you only to their favorite restaurants, the best boutiques, and, of course, photogenic sites like the Aquinnah Cliffs overlook and the charming Victorian town of Oak Bluffs. Don’t forget to book a boat tour, too.
