The tour would not load!!!¡!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!! I i thought we had it ready to go got the starting spot nothing 😕

Sorry that you had technical difficulties with the tour. I have refunded your money and you should see it shortly.
I'm pretty sure that the tour works fine. Several others used it on this day. From time to time, folks do call me with tech issues and I am almost always able to talk them through how to start the tour. That being said, some issues do arise. Printed directions can be misinterpreted or cell phone service could be sketchy are two potential reasons. In any case, a refund is in order as I am not physically present to guide you through the process.

What can I say? The app didn't work. When I tried to launch the app, it just shows a spinner and never stopped. I stood at the starting location of the audio tour for more than 30 minutes trying to get it to launch. To the point that my wife got quite mad with me.

My apologies that this tour did not function properly. A technical issue was identified with the application that resulted in the tour not working correctly for a few days. The tour was taken offline until it was verified to be working correctly again. All customers affected were refunded.
Customer was refunded on May 10, 2023. Technology issues are few, but when they do arise, whether from difficulties with the tour app, GPS interference, or even the location services settings on one's phone, I will commit to solving the issue or issuing a refund.
Ocean Park is a major landmark in Oak Bluffs, and all visitors will find themselves here at some point, so it makes sense to include it in the tour. I cannot do much about the Canadian geese that made a mess of the park. They do migrate through the area in the springtime.

DO NOT do this tour! Bought it for my husband & myself. Neither one of our tours worked on our phones. It had no clue of where you were & did not instruct you on where to go. We did get it to work for maybe 3 minutes on my phone only but from that point on it just kept repeating the same info even though we continued on the way to the next area to see. Very frustrating & a big waste of money!!! I'm hoping to get my money back from Viator since I have used them LOTS in the past with almost no problems!!!

Nice tour. Wised it worked better with the IPhone in that it showed were you were and promoted you to turn onto the next street. Otherwise great information.

This has been corrected for the 2023 season. The tour now includes GPS triggers that automatically play at the correct time and place, as well as turn-by-turn directions.
