Tour covers a lot of the Island but most of it is side roads with no scenery. Due to the high tourist season it was slow going through many of the towns.

Education from this tour enhanced our trip

Jai_F, Aug 2026
Mr. Rich was so educational on the ride. Our group left empowered with knowledge and grateful to the experience. Every moment of the (3) hour tour was filled with enlightenment. I look forward to visiting next year and taking another tour to learn more

I was under the impression that we would have more stops but it was too hard getting on and out of the bus. Was not expecting the crowds

Simply Adorable

Shannon_P, Aug 2026
Such an adorable home and had everything we needed. It’s is literally steps away from Circuit Ave and very walkable to the beach. Ellen is a great host and very responsive. As mentioned, in previous review be mindful of the up stairs bedroom and bathroom configuration.

Murielle_S, Aug 2026
As a 1st timer on the island, this Tour is/was a must! Our tour guide was born and raised on the island and was very knowledgeable. It was nice to get to see the hot spots to then have the opportunity to go back on our own time to explore. However, our tour guide missed the mark on sharing more about the African American history, background, and culture of the island and shared more emphasis on his family and personal experiences. Hence, why I rated the Tour a “4”. Otherwise it definitely would’ve been a 5/5

A Great First Look of Martha’s Vineyard

Angela_A, Jul 2026
This tour is a great introduction to Martha’s Vineyard, especially if it’s your first visit. It gives you a good feel for the island, its history, and the personality of each town. I also liked that it pointed out places we wanted to come back and explore on our own after the tour.

Wayne was such an amazing Tour Guide! Very knowledgeable and informative, this is my first time at Martha’s Vineyard and I truly appreciate learning about the places I visit.

Tour Guide extraordinaire

Alan_L, Jul 2026
Wayne was the best guide…born and raised here. He was amazing. A terrific experience. Equally important, Wayne was an excellent driver!

Amazing!!

Tour with Couri

Rose_H, Jul 2026
Our tour guide lived on the island for a long time so she was very knowledgeable about the island. Couri showed us around the whole island and even stopped 2 places to see some exciting places.

A history tour of Martha’s Vineyard

Dana_B, Jul 2026
It was good, but for me too much info on things I wasn’t interested in. You can’t really take pictures except of the cliffs. Earlier in the day we walked to the cute cottages in Oak Cliffs. I’m glad we did! They are so colorful and fun to see. Our guide was interactive, however his voice was monotone. I actually took a nap through some of his talking. He was pointing out farms with ox, horses, and sheep. He did give us lots of history of the island which I enjoyed. We had done the tour of Nantucket the day before and enjoyed it so much better!

Learn a lot with this guide/tour!

J_N, Jul 2026
Amazing. Very personable. We learned a lot. The guide was extremely knowledgeable. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

Definitely worth it

Mary_B, Jul 2026
Very knowledgeable tour guide that knew every answer to questions. Only concern was the van absolutely reeked of stale cigarette smoke at 10:30 in the morning. Having just completed an hour long ferry to get there, it made it all the more..yuck. the stink disappated with the AC, but come on, its July and there's no reason to smoke indoors

Excellent Tour for 1st Timers on MV

Elias_P, Jul 2026
Wayne delivered an outstanding three‑hour bus tour of Martha’s Vineyard, covering the entire island with ease and energy. His knowledge of local history, culture, and hidden landmarks made every stop feel meaningful, and his storytelling kept the group engaged throughout. The pacing was perfect, and the route gave a true sense of the island’s character. He balanced professionalism with warmth, making sure everyone was comfortable and had time for photos and questions. From Oak Bluffs to Aquinnah, Wayne offered insights we never would have discovered on our own. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a complete, enjoyable introduction to Martha’s Vineyard.

3 hours in a moving car on a small island does not make for a fun afternoon

Anna_E, Jul 2026
The driver was knowledgeable, but it was a lot of driving and it was very hard to see much of what the driver talked about from the back of a moving van. We got out once for 15 minutes and then back in the car. My friends and I also thought that the host, Ken, was a little brisk. Maybe rude when dealing directly with the guest questions. His WELL REHEARSED story throughout the drive was fine, but when trying to ask questions, his responses seemed unnecessarily brisk. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I regret this tour.

You will Enjoy It!!

Norma_B, Jul 2026
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the island, personable and funny! He kept us on schedule and kept it interesting!

Excellent introduction to Martha’s Vineyard! And the tour guide was very accommodating due to the ferry running a different schedule because of weather. Highly recommend!

Great Tour!

Sandi_A, Jun 2026
Loved the 3hr tour with Troy! My friend and I liked the fact that he lives on the island & loves the island & telling its many stories. I came away feeling that the island, even with some of the issues faced there, is a nice place to live, not just an island for the rich & famous.

This was a great tour!...

Latoya_B, Jun 2026
This was a great tour! Our driver Troy was very knowledgeable and informative! The stop at Aquinnah Cliffs was everything and the view was amazing!

Good overall

Diane_B, Jun 2026
Great tour and explanations of the island. I loved the stops and we had enough time at each. The van travelled a bit too fast to get pics of those areas we didn’t stop at and I can usually do pretty good with that. Overall it is a tour worth taking and our guide was responsive to questions.

Perfect tour for a quick Martha’s Vineyard trip!

Angelia_W, Jun 2026
Duncan was amazing! So informative, he made the entire experience. He pulled over several times to provide additional clarity.
