Top Madrid Bus Tours

Sorenta was our guide and wow she’s fabulous. Not sure how many languages she speaks but at least 4. Fluently and without pause or hesitation. This tour is run by “Fun & Tickets”. Well over 40 guests. The bus was packed. The narration by Sorenta is first given in Spanish and then in English. There were guests who spoke other languages and Sorenta would speak to them separately. How she did this for 8 hours, calmly and pleasantly, all whilst herding this massive group through the narrow streets of Toledo, into and out of several amazing stops-is beyond my comprehension. Due to the large group and the number of languages spoken, it was not easy to ask questions since the tour needed to flow, keep moving. But when there were breaks for lunch or exploration, you could ask Sorenta individually and she was always happy to answer them. Toledo is a stunning place with so much history. I would not have wanted to have done this on our own-no way would we have understood what we saw without Sorenta’s expertise. Her knowledge base is staggering! However, the size of the group, the dual language narration and what that entails-meaning lots of time listening to a language you do not understand i- a small group English speaking tour(or whatever your native language is) may be more in order.

Abdul was spectacular!! A bike tour of a busy city like Madrid isn’t always easy—you have to be pretty alert and comfortable on an e-bike to really keep up. But Abdul did a great job of navigating a group of around 15 through the busiest parts of the city while still being super informative. This was one of the first things we did in Madrid, and it was helpful to get a quick view of everything in the city center so we knew what to come back to later. It lasted just over 3 hours. While the e-bike helped a lot, we still were pretty tired by the end, which made us feel pretty drained for the rest of our day in Madrid. So keep that in mind while planning your day! Overall great experience, and we appreciate Abdul!

We had an excellent experience on the Toledo and vineyard tour, and a large part of that was thanks to our guide, Laura. From the beginning she was approachable, kind, and very professional. It is clear that she knows a great deal about the history of Toledo, but above all she has the ability to tell it in an entertaining, clear way, full of details that make you really connect with the place. Laura was always attentive to the group, answered all our questions with patience, and managed to make the tour feel very natural, without rushing and without it simply becoming a list of dates and historical facts. In addition, her recommendations and explanations during the visit to the vineyard made the whole experience even more special. She is one of those guides who really makes the difference between simply visiting a city and feeling that you got to know and understand it a little better. Carmen is a very lovely, personable and knowledgeable guide and made this three winery trip quite remarkable. The only negative for me that two of three wineries visited were city bodegas. This is more to Viator scheduling then to the quality of the trip and the guide performance. But all in all it was very nice.

Great way to see Madrid in a short time. David was super informative and a safe driver. We enjoyed his commentary very much. If I had one tiny criticism is that your view is somewhat blocked by the rolled up awning covers. It sits right at eye level.

This was a fantastic private tour. Marianissa was super knowledgeable, friendly, and took us to some great hidden gems that we otherwise wouldn’t have found. We were a bit jet lagged but she kept us moving and upbeat. By the end of the tour we were happily full - great food, drinks, and an introduction to Madrid! Perfect for day 1 of our trip!

Amazing experience, love the segways - they were super easy to use once you got the hang of it - and such a cool way to tour the park and see everything. Our tour guide Alan was the best, so informative about the park and also so much fun!!! Would recommend this to everyone.

Carolina was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever encountered - from the initial contact to the very last second! We saw everything from historic buildings to parks, cathedrals, markets, shops, and statues. The detail with which Carolina described everything was inspiring. We were able to decide where and what we wanted to see and even got many recommendations for where to eat, shop, and kick back. It was the best way to see as much of Madrid history and get a taste in one day.
