It is held at the Plaza de Oriente bus station (underground), next to the Royal Palace. There is no 4 on Bailén Street, but searching it on Google Maps indicates the exact location of the Prince's Gate. Directly opposite you will find EcoTukTuk access stairs and signs.

- In case of customer delay the activity will be reduced according to the lost time, which may cause a change in the route set. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is longer than 15 minutes and no refund of the amount paid will be made
- Tour itinerary may vary by closed streets or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
- Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs. These stops will be made in the prearranged places.
- The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
- The pick-up point is located in the bus station (underground) of the Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the “Puerta del Príncipe”. Just opposite the “Prince’s Gate”, you will find the stairs to access the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to get to the exact pickup point. You can contact us by phone or write to us by WhatsApp (+34 696 99 78 89) at any time.
- In case of mobility problems, to go downstairs from the pick-up point, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp (+34 696997889), or by email (hello@ecotuktuk.com) so that we can help you access the meeting point by elevator.

The guide, Gloria was GLORIOUS ? We did have a difficult time finding the meeting point. Don’t give up it is well worth the time it took to discover where the meeting place was!!!

It was good. Even with the translation in English it was a lot to take in. We did the 2 hour and were dropped off for 30 minutes in a park. I think the 1 hour would have given the same experience.

They cancelled the trip last minute and offered a new date after we were leaving Madrid, so disappointed…we didn’t get to go on their Tuk Tuk..

First of all, as we told you over the phone, we are very sorry to have had to cancel the tour, but on certain occasions the vehicles break down and we are forced to cancel.
When this happens, we always refund our clients the full amount of the tour, and we issue them a gift card so they can do the tour whenever they want completely free in any of the cities where we work.
We understand that you are disappointed, but as a company we always put ourselves in the shoes of our customers, and we try to make up for our mistakes.

I've been on quite a few tours in my travels and this tuk tuk tour with Gustavo may have been my favorite. I have had tours claim they have expert guides but this is the first that really felt like the guide actually knows and has a personal interest in the history. He also gave us great recommendations. My family and I really enjoyed it and were so glad we reserved this experience. Was worth every penny and more. I recommend taking this tour as your first activity in the city, especially if you don't have a lot of time in Madrid. You can see a lot of the major spots and take note of places you may want to spend more time at later. They were also great at communicating where the pick up is and made sure things went smoothly. A special thank you to our driver, Gustavo, who really helped kick off our stay here with such a positive experience.

This was a great tour to introduce us to Madrid and the surrounding areas. Our tour Guide David did a fantastic job of providing us with information and history about the city and our Tuk Tuk was very comfortable. The other half of our group had a little bit of a different experience. Their Tuk Tuk was really uncomfortable with bench seats and their guide was not as informative as ours was. Overall a good tour!

Gustavo gave us a three hour tour of old Madrid. This is an excellent way to see the city and get oriented to the places to visit during your stay. We had time to get off at certain places for pictures. Make sure you visit the inside of the cathedral. It is beautiful!

What a great way to get oriented to Madrid. We landed early in the morning, pre-checked into our hotel (room would not be ready until early afternoon), left our bags with the concierge and went on our tuk-tuk tour which gave us a great overview and helped us know ahead of time how to get to some sights such as the Prado or Royale Palace and maybe a little local knowledge as well.
